What you’ll do

HVAC/R & Facilities Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
  (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites
• Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems

Facility Operations Support

• Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work

System Performance & Troubleshooting

• Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite teams and vendors
• Review reports (startup, testing, balancing) to verify system performance

New Site Support

• Assist with new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality
• Identify issues early and coordinate corrective actions

What your week looks like

• 70% hands-on HVAC/R maintenance & repair
• 20% troubleshooting & diagnostics (onsite + remote)
• 10% inspections, reporting, and system verification

What we’re looking for

Required

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Experience working with rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration(WIC/F)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites locally

Preferred

• HVAC Universal certification (EPA, trade school, or equivalent)
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site facilities
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

Work Environment & Schedule

• • Field-based role across the Greater New York, NY area
  • Local travel between sites (home daily)
  • Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and overtime opportunities

What you’ll do

• Oversee all aspects and optimization of ongoing kitchen onboarding processes in new and existing delivery hubs across regions.
• Post-occupancy scope: get customers’ kitchens ready to operate, including permits and equipment layout/buildout.
• Liaise between City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, OB team members, External Contractors and Licensee, amongst others, to complete all onboarding requirements.
• Manage space planning (Kitchen floor plan incorporating licensee FSE).
• Manage kitchen improvements: source scope and costs and communicate to customers. Upon approval, coordinate execution and communicate completion to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage building permits – major tenant improvements.
• Partner with operators to submit operational/health permits, schedule inspections and follow through approvals. Maintain constant visibility for local market stakeholders.
• Strong people manager: allocate resources and staffing.
• Manage team of project coordinators and centralized drafters to complete kitchen onboardings in the region. Source and hire drafters and project coordinators as required.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years within commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, or F&B construction.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 125,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

• Exceed KPI expectations: Meet and exceed KPI expectations by making a minimum of 60-80 outbound calls and sending 15 emails per day to restaurant owners across North America.

The base salary range for this role is $77,000 to $ 83,000 per year.

Add’l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $30,000-$50,000 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.

What you’ll do

• Supervise contractors onsite to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
  
  
• Verify onsite work to confirm that the delivered quality meets all specifications and standards.
  
  
• Assist and guide contractors in resolving constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues as they arise.
  
  
• Support the planning and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
  
  
• Review and manage the flow of submittals related to owner-furnished items.
  
  
• Coordinate onsite sequencing for installations, utility companies, and facility turnover to operations.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project.
  
  
• Strong onsite supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams.
  
  
• Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively.
  
  
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment across contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
