What you’ll do

Facilities Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
• Drywall, patching, and painting
• Tiling and basic masonry
• Shelving and equipment installation
• Floor repairs and upkeep
• Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

Preventative Maintenance

• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

Site Operations Support

• Travel between multiple sites (number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Houston area
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

What Your Week Looks Like

60% hands-on repairs and maintenance

25% preventative maintenance

15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support

What we’re looking for

Required

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
• HVAC/R experience or trade school background

Work Environment & Schedule

• Field-based role across the Greater Houston area
• Local travel between sites (home daily)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• On-call rotation and overtime opportunities

What you’ll do

Facilities Maintenance & Repairs

What we’re looking for

Required

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Hit or exceed team closed won quota consistently by actively managing the pipeline of accounts (equating in size to [3-4x] of the expected closed won throughput) under each of your team members in Salesforce.
• Identify problems across team quickly, acting to solve problems, building solutions that can last and scale to other teams.
• Develop strategies to optimize cross team performance.  Continually monitors and analyzes pipeline and results, demonstrating strong commercial judgment with the ability to coach others in this domain.
• Strong people manager. Set vision, goals and operating rhythm, managing team deliverables and driving high performance outcomes.
• Exercise judgment, adapt plans and priorities to address team resources and operational challenges.
• Develop and implement best practices for managing and driving sales teams.  Recommend changes and improvements to policies and processes to improve team and function performance.

• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing outbound sales teams.
• Strong leadership skills to sell a unique product across multiple markets.
• Analytically driven sales leader.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.

Add’l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $110,000 - $150,000 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What We're Looking For 

• Ability to manage maintenance and repairs within budget

What You'll Do 

• Troubleshoot and facilitate building and systems maintenance, equipment repair and replacement
• Provide advanced maintenance troubleshooting 
• Manage contractors to ensure maintenance, custodial, TI, etc. work is completed to a high standard
• Work with kitchen onboarding team to oversee equipment move-in, TIs, routine inspections & go-live for new licensees
• Provide engineering support for retrofit plans within area of expertise for onboarding, enterprise, and development teams
• Understand building and health codes, build relationships with local officials to keep the facility 100% operational
• Understand local preventative maintenance requirements (e.g. FD hood cleaning); create, schedule, supervise and track all facility PM
• Create and own call-list of local vendors to perform necessary facility maintenance
• Coordinate small projects requiring single or multiple trades/contractors and manage vendor relationships, SOPs, quality of work & pricing
• Manages facility technicians I & II in their respective regions
