Why We Need This Role
All Google and Meta advertising for LATAM and the US market is managed in-house, and right now there is no dedicated resource to own it day-to-day. Without this hire, campaign performance suffers from a lack of daily optimisation, structured reporting, and creative iteration. This role is business-critical: they will own paid digital across the full LATAM portfolio and the US market, while building the data and reporting infrastructure that is currently missing globally.
What you’ll do
As Digital Marketing Specialist for LATAM, you will be the primary executor of paid digital channels across Brazil, Chile, Peru and the US market. You will run campaigns across Google Ads and Meta day-to-day, support creative briefing and monthly ad creative cycles, and build dashboards to give leadership clear visibility of marketing performance. A data-first approach is central to this role, you will be expected to test continuously, draw real insights from performance data, and make decisions that improve results over time. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to own channels, grow fast, and make a measurable impact.
- Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns across LATAM and the US market, Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across LATAM and the US market, Facebook and Instagram, including retargeting and prospecting funnels
- Manage monthly Meta ad creative refresh cycles in collaboration with the APAC Creative Content Executive and internal teams
- Build and maintain Google Looker Studio dashboards, weekly high-level snapshots and monthly performance summaries for the Head of Marketing
- Maintain a clean data management framework, naming conventions, UTM taxonomy, and campaign tagging across all accounts
- Support SEO and website performance for LATAM, updating landing pages in Prismic, tracking organic metrics, and implementing on-page improvements
- Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audiences and landing pages, acting on real data in a continuous improvement cycle
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience, with demonstrable results managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, uses real performance insights to test hypotheses, identify what's working, and make continuous improvements
- Fluent English is required. Spanish or Portuguese required, fluency in all three languages is a strong advantage
- Experience managing or supporting advertising budgets across multiple campaigns
- Good copywriting skills for ad copy, concise, conversion-focused, in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Familiarity with SEO principles and website performance, able to support optimisations and interpret organic data
- Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Google Looker Studio or equivalent
- Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus, F&B or hospitality sector experience welcome but not required
- Google Ads certified or actively working toward certification
- Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a lean, self-sufficient team
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaign strategy
- Experience working for a hospitality tech, co-working, or multi-location F&B brand
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Basic design skills or experience briefing creative for paid social
