This Receptionist role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operations of our firm, directly supporting our mission to provide top-tier service to every client. What you’ll do:
- Phone Operations: Answer all incoming calls promptly within 3-4 rings, ensuring efficient client communication.
- Visitor Reception: Greet all clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- File Management: Open and close client files accurately, ensuring all data is collected and organized efficiently.
- Front Office Maintenance: Keep reception and common areas clean and presentable to mirror the firm's professional image.
- Client Surveys: Collect and manage client feedback using provided tools, contributing to service improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, ideally with some longevity in prior positions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
