• Drive Coupang Pay's technical programs in platform, product and security engineering

서류 반환 정책   

1. 본 고지는 『채용절차의공정화에관한법률』 제11조제6항에 따른 것 입니다. 
2. 당사 채용에 응시한 구직자 중 최종 합격이 되지 못한 구직자는 『채용절차의 공정화에 관한 법률』에 따라 제출한 채용서류의 반환을 청구할 수 있음을 알려 드립니다. 다만, 홈페이지 또는 전자우편으로 제출된 경우나 구직자가 당사의 요구 없이 자발적으로 제출한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하며, 천재지변이나 그 밖에 당사에게 책임 없는 사유로 채용서류가 멸실된 경우에는 반환한 것으로 봅니다.
3. 위2항 본문에 따라 채용 서류 반환 청구를 하는 구직자는 채용 서류 반환 청구서 [채용절차의 공정화에 관한 법률 시행규칙 별지 제 3 호 서식]를 작성하여 이메일 (recruitingops@coupang.com) 로 제출하면, 제출이 확인된 날로부터 14 일 이내에 지정한 주소지로 등기우편을 통하여 발송해 드립니다. 이 경우 등기우편요금은 수신자 부담으로 하게 되오니 유념하시기 바랍니다.  
4. 당사는 위2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180 일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
5. 단, 위 1항 내지 4항의 내용은 대한민국의 노동 관계 법령이 적용되는 경우에만 적용됩니다. 그 이외의 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.

Coupang Pay UX팀은 쿠팡에서 상품을 구매하는 고객부터 판매자 까지 쿠팡의 플랫폼을 이용하는 모든 이들에게 혁신적인 결제 및 금융 서비스를 통해 더 나은 경험을 선사하는 데 집중하고 있습니다. Coupang Pay의 프로덕트(UX) 디자이너는 아이데이션과 설계, UI 디자인, 개발 조직과의 협업까지 전 과정의 end to end 업무를 수행하며, 프로덕트 제작의 전 과정을 책임집니다. 구매 고객 뿐만 아니라 판매자까지 다양한 고객의 특성을 고려하고 비즈니스 요구사항을 이해하여 가장 효과적인 디자인을 제안합니다. 정성적, 정량적 데이터를 기반으로 체계적으로 사고하며 설득력있는 전략을 제시합니다.

업무내용

• 판매자를 위한 혁신적인 금융 서비스 설계를 위해 프로덕트, 비지니스, 데이터, 엔지니어링팀과 커뮤니케이션하며 전반적인 디자인 프로젝트를 리드

• 제품 비전과 로드맵 수립에 적극 참여하고 전략적 의사결정에 기여

• As-is 프로덕트, 서비스의 문제점을 발굴하고 분석하여 사용자 경험 개선 방향 제시

자격요건

• 애플리케이션 디자인 및 서비스 출시 경험이 있는 분

• 최소한 end-to-end 프로덕트 디자인 경험(UI & UX)이 5년 이상이신 분

• 타이포그라피, 인터랙션 디자인, 시각 디자인 및 사용자 연구를 잘 보여주는 우수한 포트폴리오

• 피그마, 스케치, 제플린, 어도비등 디자인툴을 능숙하게 사용하는 능력을 보유하신 분

• 프로젝트의 전체적인 전략을 세우고 결과물의 근거를 만든 경험을 보유시하신 분

• 커뮤니케이션과 스토리텔링 능력이 우수하신 분

우대사항

• 빠르게 성장하는 환경에서 다양한 팀과 협업한 경험이 있는 분

• E-commerce, Finance 도메인에서 근무 경력이 있으신 분

• 데이터를 분석하여 디자인에 반영하는 능력이 있는 분

• 고객, 판매자 그리고 비즈니스에 대해 다각도로 파악할 수 있는 이커머스 업계에 대한 지식을 가지신 분
