The Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering and installing kitchen and laundry appliances. This position will provide superior service in retail customers’ homes.
JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities:
· Ability to effectively communicate, both inside and outside of the company.
· Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
· Maintain truck and inventory in good order.
· Inspect appliance components to ensure working properly.
· Competent in filling out daily reports.
· Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.
· Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner.
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
· Proficiency with various hand tools.
· Clean driving record required.
· Detail oriented with strong organization skills.

The position of Garage Door Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for the Installation of residential overhead garage doors, light duty commercial roll-up doors and electric operators. Requires ability to demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Will effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiency and meet commitments, while building strong relationships with Builders and customers. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Install residential overhead garage doors, light duty commercial roll-up doors and electric operators
· Follow installation best practices and training guidelines provided
· Follow established company safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
· Effectively manage time and resources to complete work order forms and other required paperwork in accordance with company standards
· Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
· Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
· Mechanically adept individuals who can lift up to 80 pounds
· Experience working with basic hand and power tools *
· Previous construction experience preferred, but not necessary
· Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
· Capability of working flexible hours (average 40 to 50 hours per week)

Construction Resources Surfaces is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented individual to join our production team as a Baca Saw Operator. This role involves working with automated cutting equipment to support the fabrication of stone and surface materials used in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a robotic cutting system equipped with a rotating saw
- Follow production schedules and job specifications to ensure accurate material processing
- Assist with preparing materials before cutting and organizing finished pieces afterward
- Perform basic equipment checks and communicate any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support general shop operations as needed
Qualifications
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or machine operation

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Order Entry role ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed in a courteous and professional manner. Will assist staff with all aspects of the ordering process including order entry, order placement, order fulfillment, product information and scheduling. Acts as a liaison between production, customers and/or sales personnel to provide availability and scheduling information.

- Manage customer orders by assisting project manager with order placement, template scheduling, delivery, and installation services
- Manage order entry process
- Communicate with Sourcing team and SOPT to secure needed product
- Communicate with production or scheduling managers concerning special requirements on orders
- Monitor schedule on upcoming jobs and communicate schedule changes with appropriate team members
- Communicate any credit issues discovered upon order entry to appropriate sales personnel
- Answer incoming calls or emails; timely & professionally
- Perform other duties as requested
Competencies/Skills/Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills and effective team player
- Ability to be detail-oriented and multi-task, work within specified timeframes

- The designer will confirm specs of appliances and hardware.
- The designer will collaborate with builders, clients, and interior designers, assisting them from sale, through the selection process, to project completion.
- The designer will participate in showroom duties, working the occasional Saturday providing expertise to clients visiting our flagship showroom.
Competencies/Skills/Abilities
- The candidate must have excellent people skills, be well-spoken, have strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- The applicant must be able to manage high end clientele with patience and professionalism.
- Familiar with the custom home construction and how cabinetry integration works within this process.
- The candidate must have three plus (3+) years’ kitchen and bath cabinetry experience.
- The candidate must be experienced and proficient in sketching/drawing, PDF Expert and CAD experience is a plus. Microsoft Office proficiency is necessary.
- The applicant must have spatial intelligence, ability to read floor plans, process projects from start to finish, and be able to collaborate well with the team.

OVERVIEW
The Director of M&A Integrations is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of integration activities for acquired companies, with a strong emphasis on technology, systems, and operational enablement. This role serves as a critical bridge between corporate leadership, IT, Finance/Accounting, Operations, HR, and acquired business units to ensure value realization, business continuity, and a successful transition into Construction Resources’ operating model.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic and execution-oriented experience in mergers and acquisitions, with demonstrated success leading complex integrations across technology, processes, data, and people. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined program management, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Priorities:
- Strategize and define the M&A technology and operational integration roadmap
- Execute transition plans for acquired companies
- Plan and manage contract and employee resources to execute integrations
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely and successful execution of post-acquisition integration milestones
- Achievement of integration synergies and value realization targets
- Business continuity and minimal disruption during transitions
- Alignment of acquired systems, processes, and data to CR standards based on integration strategy for each acquisition
- Stakeholder satisfaction across business, IT, and executive leadership
- Risk identification and mitigation throughout the integration lifecycle
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end post-merger integration efforts for acquired companies, serving as the primary owner of the integration plan and execution
- Partner with executive leadership, business unit leaders, IT, Finance/Accounting, HR, and Operations to define integration scope, priorities, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain a standardized M&A integration playbook, governance model, and reporting cadence
- Define the target-state architecture and operating model for acquired companies in alignment with Construction Resources’ technology and business standards
- Plan and execute technology integrations including ERP, CRM, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application rationalization
- Drive Day 1, Day 30, Day 90, and long-term integration milestones to ensure smooth handoff to steady-state operations
- Identify integration risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues as appropriate
- Manage external partners and internal resources involved in integration activities
- Ensure clear communication, change management, and alignment with acquired company leadership and associates
- Track and report integration progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
What You’ll Own:
- Integration Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise M&A integration framework, roadmap, and success metrics
- Program Execution: Lead cross-functional integration programs with disciplined project and change management
- Technology Alignment: Drive system, data, infrastructure, and security integration decisions in partnership with IT leadership

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

- Demonstrated experience leading post-merger integrations across technology, operations, and business functions
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), data integration, networking and infrastructure, and cybersecurity considerations

Warehouse and Day Operations responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Associate is expected to lead by example and ensure all projects and day to day work is performed in accordance with company standards.
- A warehouse Picker/ Receiver is both a receiver and a picker tasked with loading and unloading of inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Organizing and putting away material in designated locations.
- Communicate all discovered or suspected material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
- Pulling/compiling customer orders onto consolidated pallets.
- Wrapping up and banding pallets after being put together to ensure safe delivery.
- Loading and Unloading trucks.
- Aid in customer pickups where material is expected to be safely put into residential vehicles.
- Work together with coworkers to pull large and awkward boxes and pieces.
- This position will assist in the container receipt process including physically unloading materials & making system inputs.
- Work with the operations team on all projects that aid in the improvement and advancement of our overall operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
- Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Essential Functions of Warehouse Driver role
- Attend monthly safety meeting; follow all company/OSHA safety policies and procedures.

Warehouse and Day Operations responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Associate is expected to lead by example and ensure all projects and day to day work is performed in accordance with company standards.
- A warehouse Picker/ Receiver is both a receiver and a picker tasked with loading and unloading of inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Organizing and putting away material in designated locations.
- Communicate all discovered or suspected material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.

- Wrapping up and banding pallets after being put together to ensure safe delivery.
- Loading and Unloading trucks.

- This position will assist in the container receipt process including physically unloading materials & making system inputs.

- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Role Summary:

OVERVIEW
Warehouse and Day Operations responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Picker/Receiver is expected to lead by example and ensure all projects and day to day work is performed in accordance with company standards.
- This position is expected to work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager on a daily basis.
- A warehouse Picker/ Receiver is both a receiver and a picker tasked with loading and unloading of inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Organizing and putting away material in designated locations.
- Communicate all discovered or suspected material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
- Pulling/compiling customer orders onto consolidated pallets.
- Wrapping up and banding pallets after being put together to ensure safe delivery.
- Loading and Unloading trucks.
- Aid in customer pickups where material is expected to be safely put into residential vehicles.
- Work together with coworkers to pull large and awkward boxes and pieces.
- This position will assist in the container receipt process including physically unloading materials & making system inputs.
- Work with the operations team on all projects that aid in the improvement and advancement of our overall operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
- Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
- Maintain truck and inventory in good order.

Position Summary
The Design Center Coordinator (Part-time) supports the day-to-day client experience in the showroom, with a primary focus on Saturdays and other high traffic periods. This role is often the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and helpful environment.
The Associate Coordinator assists clients as they arrive, gathers basic information, and helps connect them with the appropriate Product Consultant or Specialist. This is an entry level, client facing position with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Client Greeting & Support
- Welcome clients as they arrive and help orient them in the showroom
- Ask qualifying questions to understand the purpose of their visit
- Help connect clients with the appropriate team member

Showroom Support
- Assist with managing client flow during busy periods, especially Saturdays
- Help keep the showroom organized, clean, and client ready
- Support smooth transitions between clients and consultants

Information & Follow-up Support
- Collect basic client contact information and visit notes
- Share information with the team to ensure proper follow-up

General Assistance

Summary/Objective
This position performs a wide variety of activities related to the, Packaging, loading, delivering of all fireplace materials & supplies.
Essential Functions of Warehouse Driver role
- Attend monthly safety meeting; follow all company/OSHA safety policies and procedures.
- Packaging & staging next day’s jobs for pickup/delivery.
- Verify all materials packaged, for proper quantities, all materials match sales order.
- Discuss with Installers, shortages and discrepancies, report discrepancies to Operations.
- Assist installers/customers with load out, get paperwork signed and file paperwork.
- Manage installer returns.
- Keep all bins and wood storage areas clean.
- Organize cage, restock supplies.
- Clean debris and pallets from dock area daily.
- Keeping warehouse clean and free of trip hazards.
- Assist receiving manager when needed.
- Pickup orders from various vendors. Pickups must be verified before leaving vendor.
- Deliver materials to job sites/customers’ homes
- Maintain company vehicle, serviced and clean.
- Operate company vehicles, forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Content Manager plays a pivotal, hands-on role in developing and executing content strategies that bring Construction Resources’ brand story to life across every channel. This role drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation by producing high-quality, consistent content that connects our products, showrooms, and people to our audiences. Working closely with the Marketing VP and broader marketing team, this position ensures every campaign, post, and publication is on brand, on time, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Manage content planning, creation, and publishing across website, social media, email, video, blog, and paid media.
- Partner with the creative, digital, and event teams to produce compelling, story-driven content that highlights CR’s showrooms, product categories, and customer experience.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Lead the editorial and campaign calendars, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee and grow CR’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to capture, organize, and repurpose content from photo/video shoots, events, and showroom activities.
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics to optimize performance and audience growth.
- Work with the Digital Director and RevOps Director to plan, execute, and measure email and digital campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate across marketing functions including creative, digital, strategy, and events team to ensure campaigns are cohesive, visually engaging, and data driven.
- Partner with showroom and sales teams to collect stories, testimonials, and content that reflect the CR brand experience.
- Coordinate with PR and strategy partners to extend content into earned media, newsletters, and digital outreach.
- Attend and support company events, including some travel to CR Design Centers and partner locations as required.
- Track and analyze content and campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social insights.
- Apply SEO best practices and continuously optimize content based on engagement data and business priorities.
- Conduct content audits to identify opportunities to refresh or repurpose high-performing assets.
- Manage and guide freelancers or contractors as needed to deliver on brand and timeline.
- Foster a collaborative, hands-on environment across all marketing disciplines.
- Report regularly on progress, performance, and key initiatives.

Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, digital, or social media roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with proven results in brand-building content.
- Experience managing multi-channel content calendars and campaigns.
- Experience managing social media accounts, analytics, and community engagement.
- Proficiency with CMS, SEO, analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).

POSITION OVERVIEW
Warehouse and Day Operations responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Picker/Receiver is expected to lead by example and ensure all projects and day to day work is performed in accordance with company standards.
- This position is expected to work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager on a daily basis.
- A warehouse Picker/ Receiver is both a receiver and a picker tasked with loading and unloading of inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Organizing and putting away material in designated locations.
- Communicate all discovered or suspected material damage or inventory issues to the Tile Warehouse Manager.
- Pulling/compiling customer orders onto consolidated pallets.
- Wrapping up and banding pallets after being put together to ensure safe delivery.
- Loading and Unloading trucks.
- Aid in customer pickups where material is expected to be safely put into residential vehicles.
- Work together with coworkers to pull large and awkward boxes and pieces.
- This position will assist in the container receipt process including physically unloading materials & making system inputs.
- Work with the operations team on all projects that aid in the improvement and advancement of our overall operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
- Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

The position of Garage Door Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for the Installation of residential overhead garage doors, light duty commercial roll-up doors and electric operators. Requires ability to demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Will effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiency and meet commitments, while building strong relationships with Builders and customers. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Install residential overhead garage doors, light duty commercial roll-up doors and electric operators
- Follow installation best practices and training guidelines provided
- Follow established company safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Effectively manage time and resources to complete work order forms and other required paperwork in accordance with company standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Mechanically adept individuals who can lift up to 80 pounds
- Experience working with basic hand and power tools *

POSITION OVERVIEW
The position of Installer for Construction Resources will be responsible for the proper installation of various types of glass and mirrors. Requires ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories and door hardware. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. Willingness to work in a team environment with Crew Leader is necessary.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials
- Able to read and erect shelving template as per job specifications
- Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications
- Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications
- Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors
- Completes other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School education or equivalency required
- Experience in the construction/ Carpentry industry is required
- Prior glass work experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments
Work Environment
Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Installer position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Warehouse and Day Operations responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Picker/Receiver is expected to lead by example and ensure all projects and day to day work is performed in accordance with company standards.

Job Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.

Essential Functions

Install fireplaces and components in residential and commercial settings

Address installation issues to resolve operating problems according to manufacturer’s specifications (including, but not limited to, ignition systems, gas pressures, venting, mechanical, and house pressure) before leaving the job site

The Inside Sales, Sales Support is the pivotal link between sales, purchasing, and logistics, responsible for ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed, fulfilled efficiently, and delivered on time. A Warehouse Picker/Receiver is both a receiver and a picker tasked with:

POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Support Intern supports the Information Technology department by assisting with daily IT operations, technical support, device management, and documentation efforts for Construction Resources (CR). This individual will work closely with IT leadership and technicians to support end users, analyze support trends, and contribute to system improvements that support business operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues; escalate issues as needed.
- Analyze IT service tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support Intune device management, including device entry, billing support, and cell phone integration.
- Assist with device deployment, including end‑user hardware and networking devices.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fireplace Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of fireplaces, including gas, electric, and wood-burning units, in residential and commercial settings. You will ensure all installations meet safety codes, manufacturer specifications, and customer expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble fireplaces, stoves, and inserts according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Perform site assessments and measurements to ensure proper fit and compliance with ventilation requirements.
- Run venting systems, gas lines, and electrical connections as needed for each installation (in compliance with regulations).
- Inspect and troubleshoot existing fireplace units to diagnose problems and perform repairs or maintenance.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and lifting devices for installation tasks.
- Provide clear communication with customers about product operation, maintenance, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including job site cleanup after installation.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any additional recommendations for service.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
- Previous experience as a fireplace installer, HVAC technician, or similar trade preferred.
- Knowledge of gas, venting, and electrical systems (licensing or certification may be required based on state/local codes).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and installation guides.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Real Estate Intern to support our team across active construction projects and real estate initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with contractors and vendors
