We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland!
*This position allows for remote working arrangements within the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for client invoicing, accounts payable and receivable functions in addition to general support to our accounting department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect all information needed to produce customer invoices, assemble and create monthly invoices
- Check accuracy of data input in accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoices
- Collects revenue by sending reminders and following up with customers
- Research and resolve billing errors and issue debit/credit memos when necessary
- 1099 vendor management support including onboarding, compliance tracking, ongoing communication
- Enter all vendor information into accounting system
- Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure gathering of timely and accurate bills
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Accounting/Finance experience can be considered in lieu of educational experience
- Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Sage Intacct experience
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level
- Experience in full cycle bookkeeping

We are currently looking to hire an (Enter Position Title) to join our team embedded with our client in Seattle! This position requires working onsite at our client's Headquarters in Seattle, WA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
An experienced detail oriented and reliable Head Cleaner to lead cleaning operations across all three properties, Chateau, Hizzy & Studio House. Also, supervise over 1 to possibly 2 cleaning staff members. This role combines hands-on high standard cleaning with team leadership, scheduling, quality control and coordination to maintain excellent cleanliness and organization throughout the residences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and personally perform deep, thorough, and consistent cleaning across all properties to uphold the highest stands of cleanliness and presentation.
- Supervise,train and direct 1-2 cleaning staff members on proper cleaning techniques, product usage, safety protocols,task assignments and scheduling to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed cleaning checklists, protocols and standard operating procedures for each property.
- Travel between the properties as needed to provide on-site oversight, perform hands-on duties, address urgent cleaning issues and maintain direct visibility into property conditions.
- Oversee, schedule and/or perform specialized cleaning and care tasks, including crystal polishing,silver polishing, fine wood care, delicate fabrics, and other high value or sensitive items.
- Coordinate with the operations manager and team members on deep cleaning projects, seasonal refreshes, household laundry placement.
- Manage pre-and post event support, including event set-ups, on-site hospitality during gatherings and thorough clean-ups to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate proactively with the operations manager regarding issues, progress, supply needs and property concerns.
- Maintain visibility into family/household calendars to anticipate arrivals, events, guest stays and cleaning priorities, ensuring properties are always show-ready.
- Ensure safe, eco friendly and discreet use of cleaning products and methods; manage inventory of supplies, order as needed, and promote sustainable practices while protecting fine furnishings, art, and valuables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, investigate and assess threats, provide deep-dive analysis, and summarize relevant information for other security partners and senior management. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work independently, think critically, review and assess information from a variety of sources, and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment that requires significant attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, investigate, and assess physical, operational, and reputational threats to the company, personnel, or assets.
- Triage incoming requests for information, provide timely and pertinent analysis, and coordinate response efforts with multiple departments
- Evaluate escalating situations, apply critical thinking, and coordinate effectively with other security personnel
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from a variety of sources
- Produce clear and concise intelligence reports, threat assessments, and other investigative products
- Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners
- Assist in case management and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Regular day shift with on-call availability 24/7, including weekends and evenings
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently looking to hire a Background Investigator (Part-time) to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Background Investigator and Interviewer conducts and compiles personal and professional background investigations and reinvestigations for Concentric Advisors' potential staff members and clients by interviewing employers, co-workers, neighbors, and personal references; conducting online court and criminal records searches; and preparing reports on findings. This position also conducts Subject Interviews and completes a report narrative on each case.
OBJECTIVE
As a Background Investigator and Interviewer, you will conduct background checks, consumer investigative reports, and on-screen interviews, following a preset set of components per case. You will provide security advice and guidance to our security team related to corporate personnel and client entities. This staff member will also be able to develop and hone their analytic and communication skills across all investigative fields (background investigations, subject interviews, adjudications).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read, comprehend, and interpret detailed, complex written material.
- Prepare clear, concise written reports.
- Analyze complex ideas or activities into smaller parts; simultaneously consider numerous facts, perceive patterns and relationships; compare and interpret information.
- Manage time sufficient to prioritize and combine investigations when practicable to ensure timely completion.
- Handle several cases at one time.
- Apply appropriate investigative techniques for an administrative investigation to frame a reflective image of the candidate’s background.
- Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, coworkers, candidates, and the public.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity through tact and courtesy when dealing with individuals from various social, cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds.
- Work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Listen on the telephone, as required, to pay close attention to what is being said and ask follow-up questions.
- Keep interviews focused on the task at hand and cover all required material.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship..
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, or related field.
- 10 years of hands-on background investigation experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current or former US Government background investigators or multi-disciplined security officers with a Top Secret US Federal Government Clearance.
- Professional certifications in physical security, personnel security, cyber protection, or acquisition disciplines.
- Experience as CIA/FBI Polygrapher; MDSO; DCSA Investigator; DCSA Subject Interviewer; Security Adjudicator.
