The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter in Tempe/Phoenix who is excited to expand their exposure across both Talent Acquisition and broader HR initiatives. Opportunity: 

As an HR Associate, you will serve as the primary Human Resources presence for the Phoenix office, supporting both day-to-day employee needs and broader strategic people initiatives. This position combines hands-on execution with cross-functional partnership and requires effective collaboration across all levels of the organization. • Support the Ex-Japan Talent Acquisition Manager by sourcing and screening full-time candidates. 

• Manage the interview process for assigned roles and candidates.

• Negotiate offers and secure candidates. 

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) for reporting and efficiency.

Performance Management and Development: 

• Provide training and resources on HR policies and employee development programs. 

• Monitor and facilitate effective communication and feedback regarding performance management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. 

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
