About the Role

We’re hiring a second Senior Product Marketing Manager to join CoLab’s fast growing product marketing team.

This role is about turning company positioning and product strategy into launches and messaging that resonate with real engineering teams. You’ll partner closely with our existing Product Marketing Manager and work day-to-day with Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring exciting new capabilities to market in a way that’s credible, focused, and easy to understand.

Using CoLab’s marketing campaign strategy and product roadmap as guardrails, you’ll develop and execute a tactical launch plan each quarter. You’ll also help sales win deals against competitors, own the messaging across key pages on the website, and produce content showcasing product workflows for social media.

Responsibilities

• Execute product launches by translating campaign strategy into clear messaging, briefs, and launch assets
• Own messaging for features and bundled releases, including launch emails, conference talks, presentations, and social posts
• Partner with Product Management to understand the roadmap and own all launch logistics
• Partner with GTM Enablement to produce educational materials for CoLab’s Sales and Customer Success Teams
• Own messaging and effectiveness for key website pages, including product, feature, and use case pages
• Build deep expertise in competitive solutions and support high-stakes competitive deals
• Contribute to ongoing product content between launches, not just at major release moments
• Review and elevate messaging across marketing, especially for technical or product-focused content

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of total professional experience in B2B software or manufacturing, with 2+ years of experience in product marketing specifically
• Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Strong track record favorably impacting customer and pipeline outcomes via strong positioning and messaging, campaign planning and execution, and overall thought leadership.
• A combination of strategic product marketing experience and hands-on tactical execution.
• Ability to effectively engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders.

CoLab is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our business development team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a knack for making conversations happen. You learn from every interaction you have. Our SDRs often transition into Account Executives, and we’re looking for people who are driven and eager to pursue that career path.

You’ll spend your days conducting research to connect with the right engineering leaders, engage in compelling conversations, and deliver qualified pipeline in the form of Sales Qualified leads (SQLs) and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) to our team of Account Executives. You are able to work independently but love to collaborate with teammates to fine tune best approaches. You are comfortable with – and eager to learn about – technical subject matter. For this role, you'll need to be comfortable with cold calls and ready to speak with people at all levels of an organization.

What you’ll do:    

• Generate qualified pipeline and drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through a combination of cold calls, emails, and social outreach
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly SQL and SAO targets
• Act as the first point of contact for many of our prospects - you’ll represent the voice and values of our brand while uncovering pain points and aligning them to our solutions
• Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers and understand organizational priorities, opportunities, and buying signals
• Partner closely with Account Executives to set up high-quality meetings and ensure smooth handoffs for deeper discovery and deal progression
• Maintain accurate records of your outreach and lead interactions in Salesforce and outreach, leveraging data and tools to optimize your approach and stay organized

About the Role

This role involves building and scaling one of the most strategically important product development areas in CoLab: our AI/ML teams.

You’ll lead three teams: Applied ML, AutoReview, and Operator - bringing them into a cohesive, high-performing product area. This group is operating with startup-level speed and ambiguity - in this role you will be responsible for keeping the pace while adding clarity, structure, and consistent execution. Success here looks like consistently shipping meaningful, reliable AI capabilities, that are high quality and performant, and solve real customer problems.

In this high-impact, hybrid role, you will work closely with our leadership team as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) and product thinker. Your primary focus will be on supporting strategic initiatives from a technical perspective.

You will help define our product roadmap by building working prototypes, pressure-testing initial assumptions, proposing potential approaches, and transforming technical unknowns into clear, actionable product direction.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience working on browser-based 3D/2D graphics engines, and or Computer Aided Design (CAD) softwares, and a strong track record of applied R&D in a SaaS context.

In your role as Strategic Account Director, you will play a critical role in the growth and expansion of existing CoLab customers. You will work with current enterprise customer accounts to achieve business outcomes with industry-relevant solutions. In this role, you build and execute strategies to help land and expand 7-figure accounts. The ideal person for this role is passionate about helping others succeed and cultivating strong relationships.   

This position will require occasional travel for on-site team meetings in Newfoundland Canada, at least twice per year (primarily in December and June) in addition to occasional travel to off sites. What you’ll do:

• Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts.
• Build and execute a robust account strategy and plan to help the customer get the most value possible and CoLab to drive significant revenue growth. This includes deep account planning, mapping and multi-threaded selling.
• Serve as an expert to your customers as it relates to CoLab and industry best practices.
• Find, qualify and build opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work in consultation with Account Executive and Customer Success teams enterprise account expansions and renewals.
• Help drive growth among our customers by understanding their business and technical needs in order to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Manage follow-up conversations and document all activities in Salesforce.
• Travel to customer on-site on average 1 week per month.

• Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy: Own and execute the sales strategy for CoLab’s top enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees), driving long-term relationships and delivering solutions for large-scale engineering organizations.
• Manage High-Value Deals: Lead and close enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+ with large organizations, navigating complex procurement processes and multiple decision-makers.
• Discovery & Solution Selling: Conduct detailed discovery with multiple personas (engineering leaders, procurement teams, and executives) to understand their pain points and business goals. Provide consultative recommendations on how CoLab can optimize their design processes and reduce time-to-market.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts to drive ongoing engagement and opportunities for account expansion.
• Collaborate on Proposals & Negotiations: Work with the sales team to create customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage the deal process from initial contact through to close.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with the Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of new customers and align on product development needs based on customer feedback.
• Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts to hit quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates on progress and forecast accuracy.
• Expansion & Renewals: Collaborate with the Customer Success team on account expansions and contract renewals to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Enterprise Account Planning: Develop territory and account plans for large enterprises to identify opportunities, track progress, and optimize resource allocation.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing high-value contracts (ranging from $200K to $2M+).
• Experience selling into large organizations (10,000+ employees) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach, particularly in industries like industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, or similar highly technical sectors.

About the Role

This role is for a high-impact engineering leader who has been in the trenches at fast-scaling startups — someone who has grown from individual contributor to leader and helped scale engineering orgs through multiple phases of growth. Ideally, you've done it more than once.

As VP of Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing, scalable engineering organization across Product Development, Ops, and Technical Support. This is a role for someone who’s hands-on enough to spot an issue in a pull request, and strategic enough to influence long-term roadmap, product vision, and cross-functional priorities.

You'll partner closely with Product and Design to ship great software faster, with fewer surprises. You'll also work directly with customers and support our GTM motion, stepping in when technical insight is needed on strategic deals or customer challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager on the Build Viewing team at CoLab, you’ll own one of the most critical and technically challenging parts of our platform, our viewing technologies. 
This team is responsible for everything related to rendering and interacting with 2D drawings and 3D CAD models inside CoLab. That includes file loading performance, markup tools, measurement features, and how we integrate and extend our underlying HOOPS SDK. You’ll help define what gets built, why it matters, and how we balance immediate customer needs with long-term product goals. 

Although you sit within the product organization, you’ll be fully embedded in the Viewing build team—a close-knit group of engineers with deep technical expertise. Your job is to bring structure and strategic direction to the team, while acting as the connective tissue between customer problems, technical tradeoffs, and product outcomes.
This is a high-impact role with broad ownership across UX, infrastructure, and partner relationships. If you have experience working on complex visualization tools or CAD systems—and want to shape how engineering teams around the world interact with their designs—this could be your next role.

Our Ideal Candidate

• You’re a seasoned PM with a strong technical foundation—ideally in mechanical engineering, CAD, or 3D systems.

What You’ll Do

•  Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the CoLab Viewer.
• Work day-to-day with the Viewing engineering team to ship performant, reliable, and high-impact features.
• Guide how we handle complex technical tradeoffs—especially around SDK usage, file formats, rendering logic, and scalability.
• Conduct deep user research with mechanical engineers and support teams to uncover pain points and prioritize solutions.
• Write clear, concise product requirements that help the team understand what to build and why it matters.
• Work in tandem with a designer, technical lead and team to plan and deliver value to our customers.
• Partner with 3rd party vendor escalations, evaluate integration opportunities, and drive viewer stability.
• Define success metrics and use data to validate hypotheses, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical product environments
• Strong technical foundation, ideally with a background in mechanical engineering or 3D visualization tools
• Proven success managing complex infrastructure or platform areas in a software product
• Experience collaborating directly with senior engineers, TPMs, and external vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially when explaining tradeoffs or aligning stakeholders

About the Role

This role owns paid distribution at CoLab. You’ll own the performance, growth, and evolution of our paid media program — with LinkedIn as the primary channel, but not the only one. Your job is to take what’s already working, improve it month over month, and expand into new channels that help us reach the right buyers in new ways.

That means running and scaling LinkedIn paid social, owning our paid newsletter program, and designing thoughtful experiments in emerging or underutilized channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube, or others we haven’t tried yet).

This is not a role for someone who is only comfortable in ad platforms. You’ll be expected to connect platform data, CRM data, and real customer behavior to understand which campaigns drive revenue and why. You are equally comfortable doing quantitative funnel analysis in spreadsheets, refining copy with product marketing, and hashing out creative ideas with the brand design team.

You understand that paid social is an interruption, not a response to existing demand. You know how to create campaigns that earn attention on platforms where people are not actively looking for a product and how to translate a message into a cohesive set of image, carousel, and video ads that work together as a concept.

What you'll do: 

• Own end-to-end performance of our paid media program, with LinkedIn as the primary channel and additional investment across paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels
• Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline by continuously optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation.
• Translate platform data and customer insights into strong creative briefs and campaign concepts, partnering with Brand Design to launch and continuously refresh high-performing image, carousel, and video ads based on real performance data.
• Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales insights to uncover the underlying drivers of campaign performance and turn those findings into sharper messaging and stronger creative.
• Design and execute structured experiments in new or underutilized paid channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube, others) to reach new audiences beyond our distribution footprint.
• Report on performance in a way that explains not just what happened, but why

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience owning paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Deep hands-on experience running LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy, creative testing, campaign architecture, and budget management.
• Demonstrated success improving paid performance over time
• Strong experience working with creative-led formats (single image, carousel, and video) and partnering with design teams to translate performance insights into high-quality campaign concepts
• Bias towards experimentation, comfortable setting up and owning tests of new channels and ad formats
• Clear, confident communicator who can turn complex performance data into insights and recommendations that influence cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This position will require occasional travel for on-site team meetings in Newfoundland Canada, at least twice per year (primarily in December and June) in addition to occasional travel to customer sites. We recognize that travel can involve personal commitments, and we strive to accommodate individual circumstances, however the expectation is that travel to, and attendance at, the majority of these events is mandatory. What you’ll do: 

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent providing effective sales coaching, career development, and performance management. 
• Be a hands-on leader who is excited to get in the trenches to win deals. You will evangelize the product in front of prospects and support closing larger deals with the sales team.
• Expand sales within existing customers by identifying new upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Heavily inspect every element of the sales process and pipeline, and drive daily improvements.
• Report performance, pipeline movement, and forecasting to the SLT on a daily/weekly basis. 
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and share feedback to SLT and other company functions.
• Experiment with sales strategies to increase our annual recurring revenue and improve sales efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to maximize team success - from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs.

What you’ll need: 

• SaaS/cloud selling experience into highly technical buyers within organizations. 
• Experience leading sales methods in an undefined product category that requires education and coaching to close and where the most common objection to purchase is status quo. 
• 7+ years experience in sales leadership and handling yearly team quotas of $5M+ New ARR. 
• Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and scaling world class sales teams that includes AEs and AMs.
• Proven track record of closing annual contracts across customer segments and sizes (including experience closing annual contracts of at least $100k/year).
• Experience working in a remote environment is considered an asset.
