What We’re Looking For

Cofertility is rapidly scaling our frozen egg donation program as a core business line. We are hiring a Director to own and operate Cofertility’s Frozen Program, with end-to-end accountability for growth, unit economics, and member experience. You’ll oversee the business and team, and own the full funnel and user journey from donor acquisition to conversion, as well as matches with intended parents, driving revenue growth and retention. You’ll report to the COO, serving as a senior operator and trusted partner. You’ll join a fast-moving, mission-driven team and play a central role in shaping how the business scales.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the COO to shape company strategy, including on new business lines, while independently owning execution and outcomes for the Frozen Program:

Clinical Operations & Donor Funnel

• Lead the clinical operations team, overseeing day-to-day activities to efficiently approve applications and onboard donors into the program
• Own and optimize the donor conversion funnel end-to-end with a relentless focus on reducing friction and improving conversion through structured analytical thinking
• Partner with Marketing and Product to translate operational insights into lifecycle and software improvements that scale

Frozen Program Leadership

• Lead all aspects of the Frozen Program, including the team, operations, member experience, and growth strategy
• Own donor and intended parent retention, scaling revenue in our fastest growing program
• Oversee the member advocate teams providing best-in-class service to both donors and intended parents, making them strong advocates for Cofertility
• Drive deep data-driven insights to improve program KPIs, including P&L and unit economics, as well as operational metrics 
• Improve efficiency in our program operations through automation, AI, and our proprietary tech platform, in partnership with our product team
• Continually improve policies and operations to manage risk to the business and make strong decisions in high-stakes escalations, representing Cofertility with the gravitas and judgment the moment requires
• Lead clinic partner relationships in the frozen program, improving our collaboration with existing partners, onboarding new partners, and representing Cofertility credibly with physicians and coordinators
• Drive Frozen program vision and strategy, generating and prioritizing untapped opportunities

Professional Characteristics

• 8+ years of operating experience; consulting background (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or equivalent) and/or MBA strongly preferred
• Experience scaling operations at a high-growth startup — ideally consumer health, consumer services, or a tech-enabled marketplace
• Highly analytical; think in numbers - across funnel metrics, financial drivers, clinical outcomes, and member insights and comfortable building measurement infrastructure to drive to insights, beyond simple reporting
• Demonstrated ability to own a business unit, product, or program end-to-end with measurable outcomes
• Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Highly collaborative and able to work productively with all functions to achieve goals
• Able to develop rapid working fluency in new domains, including clinical topics
• Excellent communicator (written & verbal) and relationship-builder; able to build credibility with physicians, lawyers, and patients alike

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a full-stack Head of Marketing to own Cofertility’s growth engine end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient, scalable acquisition while shaping a category-defining brand. You’ll operate as both strategist and executor — leading a high-performing lean internal team and select agencies, while also getting deep into the weeds yourself. You should be equally comfortable reviewing CAC by channel, writing ad copy, rethinking lifecycle flows, testing unconventional acquisition channels, and defining our long-term brand narrative. This role will be a member of our leadership team, reporting to our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Own Cofertility’s growth engine end-to-end, driving efficient, scalable acquisition across both sides of the marketplace (donors and intended parents)
• Build and evolve a multi-channel marketing strategy spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and emerging channels
• Drive performance marketing with a strong data-driven experimentation mindset, while expanding beyond Meta and Google into non-obvious, high-leverage acquisition channels
• Own and optimize the full funnel from first touch through conversion and retention, with a relentless focus on improving CAC, partnering closely with our tech team on website and lifecycle optimization
• Develop and maintain a rigorous measurement and attribution framework to inform prioritization and resource allocation
• Evolve and steward Cofertility’s brand, messaging, and storytelling, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all touchpoints, including as Cofertility enters new verticals
• Leverage AI tools and systems to increase speed, output, and efficiency across creative, testing, and analytics
• Lead and develop a lean, high-performing full-time team plus external partners, operating as a player-coach willing to get into the weeds

Professional Characteristics

• 8–12+ years of well-rounded marketing experience with significant ownership of growth and acquisition, minimum of 3 years in management/leadership experience
• Experience scaling a high-growth DTC startup (ideally consumer health, marketplace, or consumer services)
• Proven track record of driving efficient growth and unlocking scale with new channels, both paid and organic
• Highly analytical; think in funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle stages, and is comfortable building measurement frameworks to track and improve them
• Strong foundation in performance marketing with the ability to go beyond standard playbooks and channels
• Comfort leading organic channels - organic social, partnerships, PR, SEO, etc.
• Track record of managing and developing lean, high-performing teams
• Strong gut instinct for what will resonate with different audiences; ability to explain a nuanced offering simply
• Able to develop rapid working fluency in new domains, including healthcare and fertility

We’re hiring our first dedicated data hire to bring ownership, rigor, trust, and access to the data our team depends on every day. You will own AI-assisted data analytics to democratize access to insights across the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Own our data pipeline and platform, enabling data analytics across the organization  
• Build and maintain an AI-ready semantic layer on top of dbt, so non-technical teams can query company data via natural language tools
• Own canonical metric definitions for all key business metrics, tested and documented in dbt
• Reconcile metrics across sources to establish a single source of truth
• Author and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers using software engineering best practices
• Govern Amplitude instrumentation: define our event taxonomy, QA, and maintain our instrumentation spec
• Support experiment readouts with a consistent analysis framework and a clear point of view for A/B tests
• Use AI tools as a multiplier across analytics workflows (e.g., SQL authoring, dbt refactoring, to testing to root cause analysis.) You will have the latitude and expectation to experiment
• Modernize our analytics pipeline: deprecate legacy dependencies and build alerting and monitoring infrastructure
• Build and maintain channel attribution mapping - UTM governance, cross-channel QA, and attribution consistency

• 3 - 6 years in analytics, data, or analytics engineering; startup or high-growth experience preferred
• A structured thinker who traces problems upstream and builds systems rather than point fixes. You can take an ambiguous stakeholder question and produce a definition, a model, and an insight. You do not wait to be told what to measure.
• Strong SQL: DRY, performant, readable; you write CTEs and window functions naturally and can explain why your query is structured the way it is
• Fluent in dbt:  you understand model layer conventions and treat analytics code like software code
• Deep experience with Amplitude: You’ve governed instrumentation at scale, not just queried events
• Actively using AI tools in your analytics workflow (Cursor, Claude, dbt Copilot, or similar) 
• Familiarity with Prefect, Metabase, and BigQuery a plus
• Comfortable reading Go (or similar backend) code for the purpose of scoping data tables, understanding event structures, and proposing instrumentation - you don't need to write it, but you can navigate it

Our Stack

• Our platform runs on React, Go, and Postgres. Data is moved into BigQuery through custom ingestion pipelines, transformed with dbt, orchestrated with Prefect, and surfaced through Amplitude and Metabase. We occasionally use Zapier for lightweight SaaS integrations and operational automations.

What We're Looking For

We are hiring a Member Advocate to help manage our third party reproduction cases with donors and intended parents. The Member Advocate will have a primary focus on day to day case management while also building processes and procedures to scale. You’ll join our growing, fast paced team, managing several cases at different stages simultaneously.

Responsiblities

• Serve as an advocate for intended parents and Split Members (egg donors) as they navigate their egg donation journey
• Act as the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them through their egg donation journeys via video call, phone call, and email
• Manage relationships with medical providers to coordinate the retrievals for member donors - including scheduling travel, managing escrow funding, coordinating screenings and egg retrievals
• Optimize and build case management best practices and operational procedures
• Track match progress in our CRM tool, ensuring the documentation for each match is captured seamlessly
• Follow industry guidelines as directed by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Professional Characteristics

• 5+ years third party reproduction case manager/coordinator with experience working with multiple cases at once
• An excellent communicator with experience working with medical or fertility clinics and providers (preferred)
• A problem solver, who is ready to take on challenges the moment they arise and enjoys fast paced work
• Someone who is always looking for ways to be more efficient
• Interested in the third party reproduction field and is comfortable supporting and educating our members through egg donation, egg freezing, and embryo creation
