We’re looking for experienced Product Engineers who operate with high agency, strong ownership, and deep curiosity.
This is not a scoped, ticket-driven role. You’ll work directly with the founders to define product direction, build core systems, and ship end-to-end experiences.

This is a hybrid in-office role in San Mateo, CA. We are looking for this person to be in-office three days a week with our team.
We’re building toward a future where autonomous agents, powered by a shared data world model, can understand a business and execute work on its behalf. If you’re the kind of engineer who wants to build systems like that—and take real ownership in the process—you’ll do well here.
Coefficient takes a market-based approach to pay. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance. For candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range will be $150,000-250,000. For candidates outside of the Bay Area, the salary range will be determined by location and adjusted for cost of labor.
