Code and Theory is seeking an enterprise sales leader to drive complex, transformational engagements across systems integration, AI-enabled solutions, and multi-practice digital transformation programs. This role owns origination and pursuit strategy for high-value opportunities ($2M+), building C-suite relationships and partnering with platforms like Adobe to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes. You’ll lead long-cycle pursuits end-to-end—aligning stakeholders, orchestrating cross-disciplinary pitch teams, and serving as an executive sponsor when needed—while helping elevate Code and Theory’s market presence through thought leadership.

The base compensation range for this role is $170,000 – $200,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.

As a Director, Client Engagement within Code and Theory, you will lead day-to-day relationship management and account strategy for a major enterprise platform partner, supporting a portfolio of co-developed, productized solutions designed to be taken to market and co-sold. You’ll operate as the “front door” for partner stakeholders—building trust, aligning priorities, and ensuring a high-quality experience—while working in lockstep with the Program Director (delivery lead) who owns end-to-end execution.
This role is not centered on a single end-client account; instead, it focuses on managing a complex partner relationship and stakeholder ecosystem that enables solution development, packaging, activation, and value realization. You’ll be comfortable navigating a large enterprise organization, partnering with sales/GTM teams, and guiding complex conversations across timelines, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Director on our Client Engagement team, you’ll play a key support role across client accounts—helping internal teams deliver great work, providing exemplary client service support, and contributing to the day-to-day execution that keeps everything moving.
You’ll work closely with the senior client engagement lead to support our relationships with clients, learning how to identify business needs, contribute to presentations/proposals, and track project progress. This role is designed for someone curious, proactive, organized, and eager to grow into a trusted partner to clients over time.
You will be responsible for understanding your clients deeply, at times better than they know themselves. You will learn to be the conduit between leadership and the wider agency, the translator between client need and agency ambition. You will help support your client engagement lead to create the conditions for great work to happen and will be as a result of building strong relationships across the agency, with the client, and knowing how to bring the right people together at the right time.
You don’t need deep industry expertise yet—but you should bring an interest in digital transformation, new business, have a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a creative, technology-driven environment.

We are hiring for a leader who will run the operations of the Technology Staff Augmentation business. Code and Theory has multiple clients for its technology staff augmentation services and is looking to grow the volume of that business, in addition to the creative and technical projects and products we build for our global clients. The leader in this position will run the day to day operations of the staff augmentation clients and projects and people management. The position is based in India, but the scope of the position is global.
We are looking for a business leader with strong global experience with technology services and software development, including working with the global clients, hiring and managing a team of engineers, and handling various aspects of the client contracts and relationships.
