About the Role:

As the Senior Director / Vice President of Medical Affairs, you will be the scientific heartbeat of the organization. You will act as the scientific authority for CT-155. This team generates the evidence (RWE/OLE) needed to prove clinical value and economic impact, supplying the "raw material" that Marketing and Access teams leverage. 

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with senior counterparts in the Commercial and Medical Offices. We are looking for a leader with a sophisticated understanding of medical strategy, evidence generation, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement. You will develop the "Medical Playbook" for PDT launches across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring that our science is communicated with integrity and impact. 

This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities, in our Boston, MA industrious office or remote. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

Scientific Strategy & Thought Leadership 

• Serves as the scientific authority for CT-155, collaborating closely with the internal Medical Office to ensure clinical alignment 
• Architect and execute the overarching US Medical Affairs strategy, ensuring alignment between clinical goals and real-world provider needs. 
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to garner insights and build advocacy for the PDT category. 
• Serve as the primary scientific spokesperson for the company at major congresses, advisory boards, and with healthcare system leadership. 
• Establish strategic alliances with advocacy groups and caregiver networks to validate PDTs as a standard of care within the schizophrenia ecosystem. 

Medical Excellence & Operations 

• Build and lead a high-performing Field Medical team, establishing KPIs for scientific engagement, provider education, and territory management. 
• Develop robust Medical Information systems to provide timely, accurate, and balanced responses to unsolicited requests for information from HCPs.
• Ensure all medical materials and field interactions adhere to the highest standards of compliance and regulatory guidelines. 

Clinical Value, HEOR & Payer Support 

• Generates evidence (RWE/OLE) to prove clinical value and economic impact for Marketing and Access usage 
• Leverage Real World Evidence (RWE) and Open Label Extension (OLE) data to create Budget Impact Models (BIM) and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses (HEOR). 
• Design future studies to fill evidence gaps required by payers. 
• Partner with the Access team to develop the Global Value Dossier and clinical sections of AMCP dossiers, ensuring P&T committees understand the clinical necessity of the PDT. 
• Translate complex digital health data (usage metrics, engagement rates) into "clinician-friendly" insights that demonstrate patient improvement and behavior change. 
• Leads the scientific narrative, publication strategy, and podium presentations 
• Lead Medical Advisory Boards to stress-test our value proposition against the evolving standard of care.

• Education & Experience 

  • Advanced Degree Required: PharmD 
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech sectors, with a significant portion dedicated to Medical Affairs and HEOR

  • Proven track record of leading medical launch readiness for first-in-class products or complex specialty therapeutics.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between $180,000 - $280,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.

About the Role:

As a Senior Director / Vice President of HCP and Payer Marketing, you will shape the overall marketing strategy for near-term launch products and build a best in class marketing organization to execute that vision. You and your team will define the brand strategy and create the narrative and materials that drive behavior change and prescriptions for Click’s PDTs. 

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including long-term brand strategy, market shaping, promotional messaging, tactical planning, digital marketing/omnichannel engagement, etc. We are looking for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and launch excellence that can develop the Click playbook for Prescription Digital Therapeutic (PDT) launches across multiple therapeutic areas.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of a best-in class marketing campaigns, including development of each product’s brand positioning, creation of brand value propositions, and promotional messaging in order to create and drive effective brand strategies
• Utilizing data and being strategic in developing the brand by conducting segmentation, unmet needs analysis, competitive landscape and business intelligence for HCPs and payers; leverage clinical and economic data to produce high impact collateral for payer and HCP campaigns
• Develop omnichannel, growth and DTC campaigns for consumer focused marketing strategies
• Execute the branded and unbranded campaigns to prime the market for a new treatment modality, leveraging developed segments for each audience
• Oversee the  development of all promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, website, etc.), approval process, and dissemination of approved materials, via agencies or otherwise  
• Oversee the development of the Payer Value Dossier, translating clinical trial outcomes and value propositions into compelling economic arguments for Market Access teams to utilize in securing adoption of national or payer coverage
• Direct the strategy for patient assistance programs (PAPs), copay support, and navigation services to minimize abandonment at the pharmacy counter.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on communications strategy and KOL engagement
• Manage the brand presence at key congresses 
• Support the field team by developing the curriculum and training modules for all field teams (Sales, Access, and MSLs)
• Support the planning for future indications, international expansions, and other types of partnerships

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred to navigate the complex intersection of business and clinical strategy.

• Demonstrated success leading multiple brand launches, overseeing the journey from pre-approval market shaping to post-launch pull-through.

• Extensive experience in developing comprehensive brand strategies, encompassing Market Access, HCP professional promotion, patient engagement, and market-shaping initiatives (DSA/DSE).
• Strategic capabilities with the ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans.
• Deep understanding of the US payer landscape, with a preferred focus on Medicaid, state government accounts, and public affairs policy to navigate evolving legislative environments.
• Sophisticated understanding of cross-functional ecosystems, including Sales, Marketing Analytics, Payer Account Management, and Sales Training.

Operational & People Excellence

• A seasoned leader with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in high-growth environments.

About the Role:

As a Senior Director / Vice President of Access, Policy, and Commercial Operations, you will be the backbone of the commercial organization. You will design the financial architecture of the product, shape the external policy and regulatory environments to support PDTs, and ensure long term viability of the PDT category.  

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with senior counterparts in the Medical Office and Strategy Office. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Policy and Market Access Operations to also develop the Click playbook for Prescription Digital Therapeutic (PDT) launches across multiple therapeutic areas.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing & Contracting Strategy

  • Architect and execute comprehensive US pricing strategies, including WAC-to-Net modeling and multi-year GTN (Gross-to-Net) forecasting to ensure sustainable brand profitability
  • Design and negotiate innovative contracting frameworks to secure optimal formulary positioning.
  • Lead the Deal Evaluation process, utilizing rigorous financial sensitivity analysis to balance market share gains against rebate ceilings and price-protection liabilities.

  Reimbursement & Operations

  • Engineer end-to-end payment flows that bridge the gap between contract execution and claims adjudication, ensuring seamless provider and pharmacy reimbursement.
  • Oversee operational pathways for claims processing, proactively identifying and resolving "bottlenecks" in the medical or pharmacy benefit triggers to minimize script abandonment.

  Patient Support & Distribution

  • Design and scale the "Hub" infrastructure and Digital Pharmacy partnerships to optimize patient onboarding and speed-to-therapy.
  • Implement a high-touch patient contact model (Care Guides/Coaches) leveraging RWE (Real-World Evidence) to drive therapy persistence and long-term outcomes

  Commercial Effectiveness & Data Strategy

  • Own the commercial data ecosystem, integrating real-time app data with traditional claims data 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor pull-through effectiveness, ensuring field teams are prioritizing the highest-yield payer segments.
  • Drive call planning, reach and frequency for sales team to execute in the field 

  Government Affairs & Advocacy

  • Lead lobbying efforts and advocacy coalitions to advance statutory coverage (e.g., Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act) and shape the federal PDT landscape
  • Develop and execute localized market access plans to open coverage pathways for specialized populations (e.g., Schizophrenia), navigating state-specific PDL (Preferred Drug List) processes

  Coding, Billing & Reimbursement Policy

  • Coding & Compendia Management: Lead the strategy for HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding alignment; oversee successful listing in key drug compendia (First Databank, Medi-Span) to ensure automated billing
  • Payer Dossier Development: Develop AMCP dossiers and Budget Impact Models (BIM) that substantiate the clinical and economic value proposition to P&T committees
  • Policy Influence: Serve as the primary internal expert for PDURS (Prescription Drug Utilization Review) and Physician Fee Schedule updates to ensure long-term payment recognition

About the Role:

The Senior Associate provides foundational execution and analytical support across access, policy, and commercial operations. This role is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are eager to build expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and use AI-driven tools to work smarter and faster.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of access, policy, and commercial operations initiatives.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and basic analysis related to reimbursement, policy, and operations.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational materials.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development.
• Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers to meet timelines and objectives.

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between $125,000 - $180,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
