The Partner Success Manager, Premium Products will own the day-to-day success, performance, and experience of CLEAR’s Premium Products partnerships. This role is critical in onboarding new partners, managing ongoing relationships, and driving performance optimization to unlock long-term value for both CLEAR and our partners.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless launches and strong early performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day relationships and delivering a high-quality partner experience
• Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Business Development to resolve issues and enhance partner outcomes
• Drive continuous optimization by testing, iterating, and implementing process improvements across the partner lifecycle
• Up to 10-15% of travel to meet with external partners

How you'll measure success:

• Time to launch and successful activation of new partners
• Partner performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention, usage)
• Partner satisfaction and relationship health
• Operational efficiency and improvements in onboarding and support processes

What you're great at:

• 2-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
• Analytical mindset, with comfort using data to track performance and identify opportunities
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with a bias for action and ownership

Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. The Manager, Facilities Operations is responsible for overseeing the ongoing performance, maintenance, and operational readiness of CLEAR’s airport infrastructure portfolio. This role ensures all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance, supporting both day-to-day operations and new site launches.

What you'll do:

• Own facilities operations across all airport stations, including maintenance, vendor management, and compliance for all infrastructure and physical assets
• Manage facilities-related budgets, invoices, and financial tracking, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency across the portfolio
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance, including service providers, maintenance partners, and compliance-related vendors
• Support new builds, expansions, and launches by coordinating facilities readiness in partnership with Real Estate & Development and Program Management
• Ensure ongoing operational excellence across all stations, proactively identifying and resolving maintenance, safety, and compliance issues
• Travel up to 30% of the time to our 60+ airport network

The Senior Director, Member Care leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of CLEAR’s contact center operations, serving as the voice of the member across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Member Experience, this leader drives service excellence, scalability, and innovation across a largely remote workforce to improve member satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Member Care, scaling operations, automation, and service models to support CLEAR’s growth
• Lead end-to-end Member Care operations, owning performance across service levels, quality, budget, and member experience outcomes
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, driving accountability, engagement, and consistency across a distributed workforce
• Drive automation and innovation initiatives, partnering with Product and Engineering to implement AI, self-service, and scalable support solutions
• Serve as the voice of the member across the organization, leveraging data and insights to influence product roadmap, operational strategy, and business decisions

How you'll measure success:

• Improvements in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Effort Score (CES)
• Reduction in cost per contact and increased automation-driven case deflection
• Improvements in retention metrics, including cancel-save conversion and churn reduction
• Performance against service level agreements (SLAs), quality assurance, and productivity targets

What you're great at:

• 12+ years of leadership experience in contact center operations or consumer-facing industries, preferably within subscription-based or service-driven businesses
• Defining and scaling customer support strategies in high-growth, complex environments
• Leading and developing leaders, building high-performing and engaged teams at scale
• Influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Using data to drive decisions, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact

The total compensation range for this role is $225,000-300,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.
