Your Role in Our Story
In essence, your role involves:
- Owning and executing CerQlar’s partner strategy to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth through a scalable partner ecosystem.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-value partners, building structured enablement frameworks to accelerate time-to-first-deal and joint success.
- Designing and delivering partner programs that drive co-selling, co-marketing, and integration opportunities, contributing directly to pipeline and ARR growth.
- Building and maintaining a strong partner-driven pipeline, tracking performance and ensuring accurate CRM visibility and forecasting.
- Leading strategic partner relationships, managing performance, and refining incentive models to drive sustained engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Running joint business reviews (QBRs) and continuously improving partner performance, pipeline contribution, and deal velocity.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts and ensure seamless execution of partner-led opportunities.
- Developing compelling joint value propositions with partners and positioning CerQlar as the digital infrastructure for clean energy data.
- Leveraging data and insights to optimize partner strategy, improve program scalability, and refine ecosystem performance.
- Staying informed on market trends, partner landscape developments, and sustainability/energy ecosystem dynamics to continuously evolve the partner approach.
Your Expertise
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, channel management, or ecosystem growth roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that generate sourced or influenced revenue.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and key metrics such as pipeline generation, attribution, and CAC impact.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems and partner management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable partner strategies.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, able to operate independently in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Interest or experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or ESG-related markets is a strong advantage.
