The Role:
We are seeking Senior Therapists who are independently licensed therapists that want to develop expertise in clinical-decision making and lay the foundation for a lasting career. This role is about more than logging sessions – it’s about committing to professional excellence, curiosity, and applying our Methodology to deliver better outcomes for clients.
This is a W-2 Fee-for-Service position, offering $85.00 per unit of time worked.

The Role:
We are seeking Therapy Associates (provisionally licensed clinicians) who want to develop expertise in clinical-decision making and lay the foundation for a lasting career. This role is about more than logging sessions – it’s about committing to professional excellence, curiosity, and applying our Methodology to deliver better outcomes for clients.
Training kicks off with a two-week, structured program delivered live through online video sessions from 12–2 pm ET, plus asynchronous assignments. Continue growing through ongoing learning and supervision that emphasizes reflection, reasoning, and quality clinical judgement. From your very first interaction, you are expected to put your best foot forward—professional, present, and focused on delivering high-quality care. By embracing our approach, you will gain the skills and judgment that will guide your career in mental health care.
This is a W-2 Fee-for-Service position, offering $55.00 per unit of time worked.

We are hiring a Direct Care Psychiatrist! Cerebral provides evidence-based treatment for adults seeking mental health care. Our telemedicine prescribers collaborate with Therapists and Psychiatrists to support clients during their mental health journey. This role provides direct patient care for a panel of clients and allows for flexibility when client sessions can be scheduled. You can see clients during traditional business hours, evenings, or on weekends.
This position is a 1099 independent contract role.

The Role:
We are looking for a licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist to support our mission in improving access to high-quality mental health care! In this role, you will function as a collaborating supervisor for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in applicable states.
This position is a 1099 independent contractor role estimated at 5-15 hours per month, depending on the number of NPs you’re collaborating with. Must reside and be licensed in Georgia.

The Role:
Cerebral takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients. Our telemedicine therapists collaborate with prescribers as needed, to support clients during their mental health journey. Current state license requirements include: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Ohio, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
If licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, or South Dakota, you must also reside in that designated state due to current payer requirements.
