Position Summary

The Center Administrator is an entry level operations role that establishes the foundation for future growth within the organization. This role is responsible for the overall operational functions within the center. Duties include cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities needs; ordering and managing supplies for the center; and assisting team members in the center as needed. Individuals in this role will need to provide excellent customer service by consistently demonstrating a professional disposition with all customer and team member relations over the phone and during day-to-day center operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Administrative Support
   • Center Administrative Support
     • Open/close center when needed.
     • Greet new and existing clients and other visitors to the center and give tours when necessary.
     • Complete any related administrative tasks such as providing printed materials, etc.
     • Work with Operations Director to maintain center supply inventory and ensure staff has the required items to operate.
     • Ensure the center is clean, attractive, and safe for team members and clients, and report to others as needed.
     • Keep furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
     • Maintain records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
     • Receive deliveries, as needed.
   • Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established Centria procedures.
   • Appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns in accordance with payor requirements and Centria's reporting policies.
   • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to effectively work with the client and provide therapy services.
   • Ensure required company postings are displayed in an appropriate area.
2. Administer effective center operations and facilities management.
   • Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members adhere to best practices and show up on a timely basis.
   • Partner with Operations Director to ensure effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians.
   • Partner with Operations Director to ensure client and Behavior Technicians schedules are maintained and up to date in Centria EMR system.
   • Be a go-to person for general center-related questions. Able to either answer their questions or connect them with someone who can.
   • Ensure state and Centria guidelines and policies are followed, and incidents documented and escalated to the appropriate parties as necessary.
3. Maintain compliance and acquire technical knowledge by completing required training and attending meetings. Adhere to Centria's established policies and procedures.
4. Participate in an agency-wide Compliance Program to ensure services are consistent with the individual's authorized services.
5. Follow guidelines, i.e., mandated reporting, compliance, and company guidelines.
6. Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
7. Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.

This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2).

Compensation

Earn a base salary of $125,000–$145,000.

Success Measures

Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, quality standards, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics (e.g., productivity goals).

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals suspected of having ASD. Activities will include conducting, scoring, interpreting, assessment measures as well as providing oral and written feedback of their results.
2. Utilize experience in administering autism-specific assessments such as the ADOS-2 and the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised (ADI-R) as well as experience with administration and interpretation of tools that assess:
   
   
• Developmental, intellectual, or cognitive functioning; and
• Adaptive functioning; and

• Speech, language, and communicative functioning; and
• Medical and neurological functioning.
3. ​​Provide sensitive, thoughtful, and supportive feedback to parents as well as the ability to work well with team members, parents, young children, and colleagues in the community. The Operations Director sets the tone for the entire center’s team member culture and family experience. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects within Centria Autism, including developing and managing schedules for Behavior Technicians, coordinating and overseeing assessments for clients, coordinating staffing activities, conducting center tours, and serving as a liaison with facility management to help maintain a clean and safe working environment. This role will partner with Clinical Leadership to support clinical outcomes, high quality care delivery, and to ultimately deliver growth. The Operations Director will lead Behavior Technicians by coordinating training and compliance needs, and issuing disciplinary action up to and including termination, and completing the offboarding process. This role will also develop strategies and initiatives to improve client and Behavior Technician retention. The Operations Director will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scheduling Coordination
   • Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
   • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of assessments for all clients, including the option to assist with re-assessments when necessary.
   • Align families, Behavior Technicians, and Supervising Clinicians to start new cases and confirm authorization, ensuring a smooth case start.

   • Monitor and analyze center metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

   • Facilitate effective communication and handoff processes between the Onboarding and Intake Teams and the Operations Team for seamless transition and service initiation.
   • Collaborate with the Information Technology (IT) Department to address and resolve operational IT issues, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and technology.
   • Review and coordinate conversations regarding insurance changes for clients, changes in case status, and ensure timely confirmation of authorizations.
   • Coordinate community outreach activities to promote Centria’s services, establish partnerships, and generate leads.

5. Oversee Financial Processes
   • Oversee payroll and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
   • Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) statement, monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
   • Provide administrative triage and one-call resolution for authorization and coordination of benefits (COB) issues, resolving them promptly and accurately.
6. Oversee Facility Operations

In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. 

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
