The Team:
The Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on account growth, is an integral part of our Benelux enterprise sales team. This role focuses on new logo growth within the CPG industry, strengthening market presence and engagement. Our Account Executive leverages top-tier products, implements effective sales strategies, and collaborates with various departments, including Value Engineers and Business Development Representatives.
The work you’ll do:
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated set of accounts within your assigned client portfolio.
- Establish and strengthen connections across various levels of the organization, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Comprehend the strategic and operational requirements of your target accounts and proficiently articulate how Celonis can address them.
- Guide the sales journey, adhering to a structured approach through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and ultimately closing deals.
- Collaborate with Value Engineering or personally conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Forge strong partnerships, particularly with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and the Big 4.
- Work closely with your virtual team, which includes business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
The qualifications you need:
- Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
- Effective and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in English.

The Team:
The Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team is focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through value realization, renewal and expansion. As a Head of Value Engineering (Benelux), you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the identifying, framing and delivering value to our customers.
The Role:
As a Head of Value Engineering (Benelux), you will lead a team of Value Engineers and drive end-to-end customer value journeys, landing and expanding existing customers (ACV growth) and renewals (renewal rate). You will work closely with the Celonis GTM Leadership Teams and be responsible for the end-to-end value journey for all customers within your region/vertical, supporting customers to achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Identify & Frame Value For Prospects/Customers
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including responsibility for landing, expanding, adoption and renewing accounts
- Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence across prospects and customers
- Communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership and Celonis executives
- Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio and solidify Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform for our customers
Create & Scale Value Across The Portfolio
- Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support the deployment of new features, apps, and products across the customer base, and advance strategic growth programs in pursuit of value creation
- Ensure customer success and architect improvement measures and manage change within the customer base, while pioneering new methodologies within Celonis’ Value Engineering organisation
- Direct Celonis Value Engineering, Services and Ecosystem resources through the Celonis Customer Value Journey, creating durable value for our customers
- Take ownership and build strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor
- Host QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBRs (Executive Business Reviews) to communicate results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
Grow & Lead Celonis Talent
- Recruit the next-generation of Celonis Value Engineers, while setting a high-standard for candidate excellence

The qualifications you need:
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
- Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap
- Product Expertise: Experience with guiding customer’s IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Process Intelligence and proven ability to accelerate value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows
- Project Management: Plan and manage project scope, expectations and timelines. Leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.

The Team
The Account Executive, focusing on strategic market growth and new logo acquisition, is an integral part of our Benelux Enterprise Sales team. This role focuses on unlocking untapped potential within the enterprise sector (>$5B annual revenue), strengthening our market presence and competitive engagement. Our Account Executive acts as the "CEO" of their territory, implementing complex sales strategies and collaborating with various departments, including Value Engineers, Partners, and Business Development Representatives.
The Role
The primary focus is on driving Celonis’ market expansion by acquiring high-value enterprise customers and transforming strategic research into realized revenue. As an Account Executive, the role is dedicated to leading cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities within the Benelux region, and contributing significantly to our strategic objectives of landing new logos and increasing market share.
The work you’ll do:
Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated set of accounts (+/- 25) within your assigned client industry portfolio.
- Smart territory Planning & Account / Persona research with modern tools and AI.
- Establish and strengthen connections across various levels of the organization, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Comprehend the strategic and operational plans and requirements of your target accounts and proficiently articulate and demonstrate how Celonis can address them.
- Lead the sales journey, adhering to a structured approach through prospecting, initial contact, strong qualification, client engagement, platform demonstrations, needs analysis, solution proposal, negotiation and ultimately closing deals.
- Collaborate with Value Engineering or personally conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing the value of our solutions. Forge strong partnerships, with leading consulting firms, Regional SI partners, Top Cloud Players (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks).
- Work closely with your virtual team, which includes business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
The qualifications you need:
Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) and consultative selling, particularly in roles focused on cultivating new business opportunities and landing new logos.
- Proven track record of landing new customers and a top performing history of attainment.
- 5+ year experience in selling SaaS, Data & AI solutions. Scale-up experience is preferred.
- Strong outreach skills, high energy and drive, to build new connections and find new opportunities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs (e.g. in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
- Experience in building business cases utilizing value selling methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
- Selling methodologies: MEDDPICC, Consultative Selling, Value Selling, SPIN selling, Challenger Sales.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dutch is a plus.

The focus is on problem framing, solution design, and business impact rather than pure software engineering. While you will prototype AI solutions, the primary goal is delivering meaningful value for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify High-Impact AI Opportunities: Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their strategic priorities and operational challenges, identifying where AI can deliver measurable business value.
- Design AI-Powered Solutions: Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solution architectures combining the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies.
- Prototype & Demonstrate Value: Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-value solutions that demonstrate tangible outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.

You might be a great fit if you...
- have 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution-architecture or AI roles
- enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions
- can communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
- have a good understanding of business processes across sectors (such as Supply Chain or Finance) with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases.
- demonstrate strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including executives), whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos.
- have some experience prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks
- are familiar with Generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems
- hold a Bachelor’s Degree required (Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience is a nice-to-have).
Nice to have (big plus):
- Experience building or deploying generative AI applications
- Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM orchestration frameworks

The Role:
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a key addition to our broader Value Engineering team and will play a crucial role in Celonis’ growth strategy. As a CVP, you will spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our most strategic customers within the Digital Technology / Online Travel industry. The work you’ll do:
Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
- Mentor customer on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of our platform.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their success, and offer feedback to managers on team performance.
Driving Customer Value
- Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
- Work with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans.
- Resolve customer escalations orchestrating internal teams efficiently and effectively in a timely manner
- Internalize the customer's strategy and targets and drive Celonis delivery alignment to that strategy, ensuring that we support the customer in solving business-critical problems
- Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion, client satisfaction, and meeting usage and adoption targets.
Community Builder and Customer Advocacy
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring alignment of product development and service offerings with industry needs and customer feedback, while collaborating with the customer advocacy team on advocacy strategies.
- Drive customer presence and sponsorship at key Celonis and industry events, serving as a Celonis leader at conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership.
- Collaborate on innovation or new asset development in specific domains, and contribute to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team to enhance their effectiveness.
The Qualifications you need:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within digital technology required
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts and confidence
- Know how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads
