Celigo is looking for a Manager, Data Engineering to serve as the primary architect and custodian of Celigo’s data ecosystem, balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on technical leadership. You will own the full lifecycle of our data infrastructure—from the design of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud warehousing strategy to the enforcement of rigorous data governance and observability standards. As a bridge between technical execution and business value, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers to deliver a reliable "source of truth" that empowers Data Science, Product, and Executive leadership.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $150,000 and $175,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Celigo is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to serve as a hands-on architect and steward of our Snowflake-based data ecosystem. You will own the design and delivery of scalable ELT pipelines, production-grade data models, and the observability frameworks that keep them reliable — translating complex business requirements into well-documented, high-performance data solutions that power analytics, BI, and ML across the organization. Partnering closely with Analytics, Product, and Engineering, you will enforce data quality standards, contribute to governance practices, and continuously optimize for cost efficiency and data freshness. You'll bring deep Snowflake expertise, a modern dbt-native development mindset, and a fluency with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate your own velocity and raise the bar for the team around you.

You will own the full lifecycle of insight delivery — from translating ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks, to building the dashboards and self-serve reporting that give stakeholders real-time visibility into business performance. Partnering closely with Data Engineering, you will drive deep-dive analyses across revenue, product, customer, and operations — proactively surfacing trends and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked. You'll establish metric definitions and reporting standards that scale with the function, leverage AI tools to eliminate manual toil, and communicate findings with clarity and confidence to audiences at every level of the organization.
