Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Lafayette, CA (hybrid-3 days per week in office)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $33.65-$36.06/hr + opportunities for a quarterly bonus
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our HR team and help us continue to build a talented workforce across our multiple locations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage every aspect of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
