• Paint Prepper (min 6 months professional experience): prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing
• Entry-Level Painter (min 1 year professional experience): prime vehicles and perform final sanding before the vehicle is painted, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush.
• Mid-Level Painter (min 3 years professional experience):  match/mix paint color and use water-based paint to paint the vehicle inside our paint booths
• Experienced Painter (min 5 years professional experience): painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles.

Position Overview:

The Line Lead, Inspection role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.

Position Overview:

Compensation Range: $82,000-100,000

This is a supervisory position in an Inspection Center overseeing a team carrying out daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center.. The Reconditioning Manager oversees all aspects of the vehicle reconditioning process and directs at least five leads and up to 70 front line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Position Overview:

The Line Lead, Post Production role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.

About the team and position

As an Operations Coordinator, you will perform various inventory and operations-related tasks at our Inspection Center. 

Pay Range: $20 - $25 hourly

What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Own post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verification, orientation, and first day email.
• Facilitate new hire orientation & maintain site rosters and schedules 
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events

• Travel up to 60% to help set up and support new and existing remote Carvana Locations to include (desktop, server, network, security surveillance, and AV).

Position Overview:

This is a supervisory position in an Inspection Center overseeing a team carrying out daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center.. The Team Lead, in our Market Operations group, is responsible for running the local Carvana hub and everything that comes with it, including (but not limited to); market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness and, of course, the market’s ongoing success. Position Overview:

The Line Lead, Parts role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible. 

Pay Range: $19-$25 hourly

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs, while meeting or exceeding set production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

About the team and position

As an Operations Coordinator, you will perform various inventory and operations-related tasks at our Inspection Center. 

Pay Range: $20 - $25 hourly

What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Own post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verification, orientation, and first day email.
• Facilitate new hire orientation & maintain site rosters and schedules 
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events 
• Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events via email, business updates, and announcements.
• Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Assist onsite vendors with directions/access while on site.
• Manage, coordinate and provide oversight for employee engagement events.

About the Role: 

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
