Für unser Engineering-Team an unserem Hauptsitz in Berlin suchen wir Unterstützung im technischen Support.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner (auf Deutsch und Englisch) für interne Anfragen zu technischen und Produktproblemen und stellst sicher, dass jede Anfrage beim richtigen Team landet
- Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, erfasst alle relevanten Informationen strukturiert und unterstützt Produktmanager aktiv bei der Erstellung qualifizierter Support-Tickets
- Du gestaltest und optimierst den technischen Supportprozess durch Dokumentation häufiger Probleme und Lösungen – und erstellst sowie pflegst Schulungsmaterialien für interne Teams
- Du erstellst monatliche Reports mit fundierten Insights zu Supportfällen, Trends und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Du testest unsere Produkte manuell (inklusive Mobile App), dokumentierst und eskalierst gefundene Bugs und wirkst bei der Entwicklung manueller Testskripte mit
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit 1–3 Jahren praktischer Berufserfahrung
- Fließendes Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) für die direkte Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern und internen Kund:innen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du kannst dich schnell in unser Geschäftsmodell und unsere Produktlinie einarbeiten
- Technisches Verständnis: du erfasst Zusammenhänge schnell und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in Produkt und Prozessen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten vor technischen wie nicht-technischen Zielgruppen
- Exzellente Schreibkompetenz für die Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dokumentationen und Schulungstexte
Wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Support-Rolle, idealerweise in der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteams
- Grundkenntnisse in Webentwicklung (dies ist jedoch keine Programmierstelle)
- Erfahrung mit Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen
