As an integral part of our engineering team, the Full Stack SDET plays a key role in designing, building, and validating high-quality software solutions. This role combines strong development capabilities with a strong technical bend and a focus on regression testing, test automation, and modern quality assurance techniques across the software development lifecycle. You’ll apply critical and analytical thinking skills to understand business logic, identify risk areas, and help shape how we build, test, and deliver reliable, high-performing systems that improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain modern quality assurance techniques, tools, and automation frameworks
- Review code and product functionality throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and performance
- Identify, document, and triage defects, collaborating with teams to drive timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Partner with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all code meets quality standards, is tested in non-production environments before release, and is covered by automated testing pipelines that validate every commit
- Collaborate with other Quality Engineers to manage cross-team testing dependencies and ensure consistent testing coverage across projects
- Develop, create, and modify applications or specialized utilities to support testing and quality goals
- Analyze and design databases within application areas, working individually or in coordination with team members to ensure data integrity and performance
- Contribute to continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes to improve release confidence and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience (Or 3+ years with a 508 Certification)
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Software development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or related languages
- Experience with automation and regression testing
- Experience working with the following tools: Cypress, SonarQube, NexusIQ, Selenium, Serenity, Cucumber, Artillery, ANDI, and JMeter
- Must be able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills
- People Management Experience
- Experience with automated Accessibility-testing tools
- Good understanding of HTML, Web Accessibility and Section 508 requirements
- 508 Certified Tester
- An interest in DevOps

Salary Information
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $80k to $110k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL)
- Familiarity with web servers and deployment infrastructure (e.g., Nginx, AWS)

For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help support high-impact, civic tech within the federal government.
As an integral part of the program, the DevOps Engineer will design and implement prototypes and/or proof-of-concepts for evaluating new or emerging technologies, analyze benefits and risks in implementing solutions using the new technologies, and provide development support with adoption of the new technologies within a project.
The DevOps Engineer will work closely with other teams to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and Docker/Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS (or related cloud environments) - we'd love to chat with you.

Responsibilities
- Manage cloud Infrastructure-as-Code
- Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop automation scripts
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- May mentor and supervise software developers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5-6 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working within a cloud environment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude
- Must be able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- People Management Experience
- Experience working with Harness.io
Salary Information
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $125k to $155k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

The Lead AI/ML Engineer will also provide technical leadership by supervising and mentoring junior IT specialists.

Responsibilities
- Leads the team in evaluating new or emerging technologies using prototypes and/or proof of concepts
- Analyzes and communicates the benefits and risks in implementing solutions using the new technologies
- Shall have the ability to perform as a developer, operations, and security engineer in cloud environments
- Lead teams to support the adoption of new technologies across the enterprise
- Provides technical leadership by supervising and mentoring junior IT specialists
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS
- At least 2 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications with an AI/ML component
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with machine learning services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, Weights & Biases, or others
- Solid data manipulation and analysis skills using pandas
- Experience presenting and defending test or experiment results (matplotlib)
- Experience working with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred
- Must be able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with clients/customers
