The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Leader will support and help drive food safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with our sales teams and account managers to support client driven initiatives. This role will also work with internal teams and suppliers to support food safety programs, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
The position will help ensure alignment with company and customer expectations related to food safety and quality while supporting ongoing process improvements, issue resolution, and program development. This individual will serve as a key resource for food safety and quality-related initiatives and help support strategic priorities across the business.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, supply chain, sales, operations, and compliance to support company initiatives and maintain strong food safety and quality practices throughout the supply chain.

The Data Engineering Analyst I position is responsible for performing analysis on a wide array of file types using Excel and other software and utilizing big-data techniques in order to maintain reliable and accurate data flow through a proprietary data processing software suite. The ideal candidate will have worked with large data sets before and have strong communication and organizational skills. This person will work closely alongside a small team, sometimes independently, but also be comfortable communicating with outside business partners to troubleshoot issues that arise. An aptitude for problem solving is necessary, along with the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome data challenges. Over time this employee would be tasked to handle large projects on their own and therefore, must be capable of planning and allocating resources to meet deadlines.
