WHAT YOU’LL DO (Job Summary)
Support the Service Delivery organization by leading client‐facing benefits administration initiatives focused on service delivery excellence, operational readiness, and annual enrollment (AE).
This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration products and platforms, hands‐on experience servicing clients, and proven success leading projects that directly impact client outcomes. You will partner closely with service delivery, implementation, product, and technology teams to ensure high‐quality execution, on‐time delivery, and an exceptional client experience.
The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving successful client engagements, improving delivery consistency, and supporting long‐term client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Client‐Facing Benefits Administration Project Leadership
Lead and manage client‐facing projects within a benefits administration environment, ensuring alignment between client expectations, service delivery teams, and cross‐functional partners.
Drive projects related to client onboarding, ongoing service delivery enhancements, platform configuration, operational readiness, and annual enrollment execution.
Act as a primary project leader supporting Service Delivery teams by proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues that may impact client timelines or experience.
Ensure all client initiatives align with defined goals related to client health, satisfaction, retention, and long‐term partnership success.
Serve as a trusted partner to internal delivery teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and high standards of execution for client commitments.
Annual Enrollment (AE) & Service Delivery Initiatives
Lead or support annual enrollment–related client projects, including planning, cross‐team coordination, readiness tracking, execution support, and post‐AE analysis.
Coordinate closely with service delivery, technology, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution during high‐volume, time‐sensitive benefit cycles.
Apply strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills to manage competing client needs and mitigate risk during peak enrollment periods.
Support continuous improvement in AE execution by identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance future client delivery.
Integrated Client Project Management & Execution
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed client‐facing project plans using Smartsheet as a primary tool, along with Jira and other project management platforms as needed.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on client needs, scope, and delivery timelines.
Facilitate effective collaboration across service delivery teams, internal delivery partners, and external vendors supporting client initiatives.
Track and manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful client outcomes.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders, with a strong focus on client impact and delivery readiness.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education & Experience)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5–10 years of experience working with benefits administration products and platforms in a client‐facing or service delivery environment.
Demonstrated experience servicing external clients and leading client‐driven initiatives within benefits administration or benefits technology.
2–5 years of direct project management experience managing complex, cross‐functional, client‐facing initiatives.
Strong understanding of service delivery models, operational workflows, and annual enrollment cycles.
Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and related project management tools.
Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder‐management skills with a strong client service mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client priorities.
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education & Experience)
PMP certification.
Experience leading or supporting client annual enrollment projects at scale.
Background in benefits technology, consulting, or SaaS environments.
Experience managing complex client implementations or service delivery transformations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Manager, Implementation is a manager and leader on the Implementation team, accountable for managing and developing Analysts while ensuring bswift meets and exceeds client expectations. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class benefits administration software and services, promotes an engaging work environment, and drives strong business outcomes through leadership, problem solving, and collaboration.

Client Management
- Serve as a bswift technical and subject matter expert in key client meetings, including implementation status meetings.
- Manage client expectations by anticipating potential issues and communicating realistic turnaround times and delivery dates.
- Proactively consult with clients on best practices, system configuration, and process changes needed to achieve client goals.
- Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs and assist Product Managers and Developers with development specifications.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend updates to bswift’s client service approach.
- Proactively identify implementation risks and escalate to the Implementation Lead.
- Own multiple areas of implementation, including:
- System configuration, testing, and auditing
- COBRA and Direct Bill setup management
- Client communications
- Vendor integrations
- Data conversion
- Payroll coordination
- Coach Implementation Analysts on deliverables and quality standards.
- Research, resolve, and respond to client inquiries related to system or process gaps.
Team Management and Leadership
- Manage, coach, and lead a team of Analysts and Project Specialists to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
- Identify and guide training activities to support development across the client services team.
- Provide timely feedback, coaching, and guidance to support professional growth.
- Facilitate feedback processes and recommend compensation and bonus changes.
- Support team members in setting personal goals aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver annual performance assessments.
- Lead and implement tactical initiatives to improve productivity, client and consumer satisfaction, and internal processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience.
- Current or prior experience with benefits administration and implementation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills aligned with bswift’s core values.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):
Client Site Implementation and Maintenance
- Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client websites.
- Continually update client sites as requirements change, including benefit class matrices, requirements documents, rates, permissions, field options, site text, and open items from implementation question logs.
- Test client sites for quality assurance and track, monitor, and drive resolution of identified issues.
Client Collaboration and Deliverables
- Partner with bswift teams (product management, development, call center) to meet client deliverables.
- Create, manage, and obtain client sign‑off on Benefits Class Matrices, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, and Implementation Question Logs.
- Configure systems for annual benefit program changes and client acquisitions.
- Execute non‑automated service delivery processes as required.
- Research and resolve client inquiries related to system and process issues.
- Train clients on system features and services through presentations and demonstrations.
System Testing and Functionality
- Test new and existing system functionality to ensure accurate client system configuration.
- Conduct technical and product demonstrations for new or changing plans, site text updates, and release functionality changes.
Client Issue Resolution and Communication
- Respond to client questions and concerns regarding bswift products with prompt, research‑based solutions.
- Triage client tickets and questions within 24 hours, maintaining ownership from initial contact through resolution.
- Provide clear, professional, and proactive communication to clients throughout the issue resolution process.
Process Improvement and Team Collaboration
- Drive continuous process improvements by maintaining a deep understanding of internal systems and workflows.
- Lead and create agendas for client meetings, as needed.
- Coach and mentor team members, sharing best practices, new ideas, and customer insights throughout all phases of the product life cycle.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage workflows for carrier and payroll feed setup and maintenance.
- Support sales and marketing activities as required.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Develop and implement fulfillment procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of direct client‑facing experience and/or associate or analyst experience.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience working within benefits administration, including knowledge of benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and client benefit programs.

The Product Marketing & GTM Leader owns the enterprise go‐to‐market strategy for bswift’s products and solutions. This role defines where and how we compete by translating product capabilities into clear market positioning, prioritized GTM motions, and launch strategies. You will ensure Sales and Marketing teams are equipped with repeatable, market‐led plays that drive growth.
This is a senior strategy leadership role focused on defining what matters and why. You will lead through influence, working cross‐functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, Brand, and Marketing Operations to ensure strong GTM alignment and adoption.

Summary:
The role of Senior Service Delivery Manager at bswift involves managing client relationships to ensure delivery quality and timeliness while reflecting the company's core values. Key responsibilities include developing strategic and operational relationships with clients, coordinating with internal resources to meet deliverables, leading meetings and consultations, and ensuring system configuration accuracy. The role also emphasizes proactive consulting on best practices, enhancing client value through additional services, and advocating for client needs throughout the product lifecycle. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with technical expertise and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

- Directly manage your assigned client relationship(s); ensure delivery quality and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at a strategic and operational level with assigned clients.
- Partner with a team of operations managers and associates to coordinate with other bswift resources (product management, development, call center) to meet client deliverables; including, but not limited to:
- Creating Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, and Implementation Questions Log with client (including client sign-off).
- Configuring system as needed for annual benefit program changes/acquisitions.
- Executing on non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements.
- Researching and resolving client inquiries regarding system and process issues.
- Training clients on new and existing system features and services (prepare and conduct technical/product presentations and demos as required).
- Testing new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the service delivery team.
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals throughout the year and during annual open enrollment.
- Schedule, prepare for, and lead quarterly and/or annual stewardship meetings with clients and lead other regularly scheduled meetings as necessary.
- Schedule and lead regular client status meetings for their assigned clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Research and recommend system enhancements based upon client needs (assist in the development of enhancement specifications with bswift Product Managers and Developers).
- Consult clients on additional bswift products and services to provide additional value to the client relationship.
- Create and coordinate requirements for gathering and processing one-time projects as needed (Vendor or Internal).
- Advocate client needs throughout all phases of the product life cycle (plan, design, integrate, install, manage).
- Drive efficiency and quality through standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and secure renewal of client agreements as necessary.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
- Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Solid technical background.
- Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Functionality).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify, and respond well to questions.
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Job Summary)
Support the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) by driving client‑facing benefits administration initiatives as well as enterprise‑level internal programs.
This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration products, hands‑on experience servicing clients, and leading projects tied to service delivery, operational readiness, and annual enrollment (AE). You will partner closely with client service, implementation, product, and technology teams to ensure high‑quality execution and client satisfaction.
The Senior Project Manager will advance organizational strategy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, high‑quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio of client and internal initiatives.

Client‑Facing Benefits Administration Project Leadership
- Lead and manage client‑facing projects within a benefits administration environment, ensuring alignment between client expectations, service delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive projects related to client service delivery, benefits platform enhancements, operational readiness, and annual enrollment planning and execution.
- Serve as a trusted partner to client service teams by proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues that may impact client experience or delivery timelines.
- Ensure client initiatives align with goals related to client health, satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership success.
Annual Enrollment (AE) & Service Delivery Initiatives
- Lead or support annual enrollment–related projects, including planning, cross‑team coordination, readiness tracking, and post‑AE analysis.
- Coordinate efforts across service delivery, technology, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution during high‑volume, time‑sensitive benefit cycles.
- Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities and mitigate risk during peak enrollment periods.
Internal Strategic & Enterprise Program Leadership
- Manage internal initiatives that directly support client success, service model improvements, and benefits administration operational efficiency.
- Oversee enterprise programs such as technology implementations, process optimization, and enhancements to benefits administration tools and workflows.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation to streamline delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
Integrated Project Management & Governance
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans using Smartsheet as a primary tool, along with Jira and other project management platforms as needed.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies appropriately based on project scope and client needs.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross‑functional internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Track and manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration products and platforms, preferably in a client‑facing or service delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience servicing clients and leading client‑driven initiatives in a benefits administration or benefits technology setting.
- 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience, managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, operational workflows, and annual enrollment cycles.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet (strongly required), Jira, and related project management tools.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Implementation Delivery Lead is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best‑in‑class benefits administration software and services. This role provides leadership throughout the full lifecycle implementation of benefits administration solutions by serving as a technical expert, managing client expectations, and ensuring that all implementation workstreams are executed accurately and on time.

Client & Project Leadership
- Serve as a bswift technical and subject matter expert in key meetings, including implementation status meetings and other client discussions throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Coach Implementation Analysts on their deliverables to support team success.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries related to system or process gaps.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (required)
- 3+ years of hands‑on, full lifecycle implementation experience configuring and delivering benefits administration solutions for clients
- Demonstrated experience implementing benefits administration platforms, including configuration, testing, data conversion, and client rollout
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries) and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
