SUMMARY
We're looking for an Analytics Solution Engineer to modernize how our organization delivers and consumes data insights. This isn't a role for maintaining what exists; it's for someone who will raise the bar on how we work.
You'll handle what a traditional data analyst does (responding to stakeholder requests, building dashboards, delivering analysis) but you'll do it faster and smarter by defaulting to AI-powered tools and workflows rather than relying solely on conventional BI tools. The defining trait we're hiring for is an AI-first mindset. You reach for AI early and often to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and delivery, while applying the judgment needed to keep outputs accurate and decision-ready.
This is an individual contributor role that's equal parts hands-on and strategic. You'll work directly with business leaders, partner closely with data and analytics engineering, and build the frameworks and standards that become the new way we work.
