SUMMARY
Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Account Manager, Partnership Marketing to manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts for the New York Liberty. This role requires a detail‑oriented, service‑minded professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client support. The ideal candidate brings a passion for partnership activation, consistently delivers best‑in‑class executions, and actively seeks to learn from industry trends and partners’ brand and business objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Partnership Marketing.

SUMMARY
This role leads the marketing and content‑driven growth of our China business, shaping how our brands connect with fans through compelling storytelling, digital media, and culturally relevant campaigns. With a strong focus on content production and social platforms, the Marketing Manager drives innovative strategies tailored to the China market—bringing bold ideas to life that deliver measurable impact.
You’ll partner cross‑functionally to manage external media platforms, internal communications, brand initiatives, and creative campaigns, while building meaningful relationships across talent, culture, and community. Success in this role is reflected in audience growth, standout content, strong partnerships, and a growing talent network that elevates our presence in China.
This position manages one Marketing Coordinator and plays a key role in advancing both brand influence and business results.

The incumbent primarily works in an office environment but is expected to attend Brooklyn Nets games, concerts, and major events at Barclays Center, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5%); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

The Director of Partnership Strategy will play a critical role in representing the interests of the Global Partnerships department across all new initiatives and projects aimed at expanding our business portfolio. This role is focused on revenue generation and the development of go-to-market strategies for new properties, intellectual property (IP), experiences, media, projects, and programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
