ICT Service Delivery Manager
Brunswick Group is seeking an experienced hands-on Service Delivery Manager to lead our helpdesk across our Americas offices, based in our New York office. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and direction to a distributed support team, ensuring a high level of service delivery, consistency, and customer satisfaction across the region.
This role requires an individual with proven management experience in a professional services environment, a deep understanding of ITIL principles, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to align ICT services with business needs. The Service Delivery Manager will report to the Group Head of ICT Service Delivery and play a key role in shaping regional service strategy and performance.

We are an internal service provider supporting Brunswick’s 27 global offices. ICT consists of several core teams: Service, Infrastructure, Applications, and PMO. Our Security team works in close partnership with ICT, ensuring alignment on policy, process, and delivery.

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package:
Base Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.
Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.

The Senior Applications Developer and Data Specialist will join Brunswick’s ICT team within the Business Applications function, reporting to the Group Head of Business Applications. The role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and continued development of Brunswick’s core non-AI business systems, while supporting all data and automation initiatives within the ICT department.
We are a key service provider to the business and deliver Internal ICT services to Brunswick colleagues across 27 offices around the world. Our ICT department is made up of several core teams, Service, Infrastructure, Applications and our Programme management office. Working in close collaboration with the ICT Security team, our Security team integrates seamlessly into our processes and security-oriented projects.
You will be responsible for the development, integration, and ongoing support of Brunswick’s business‑critical applications and data platforms, working closely with stakeholders in business teams such as Finance, Business Intelligence, Marketing, HR and with all internal ICT teams:- Infrastructure, Information Security, Projects and Service delivery.

Reporting to the Group Head of ICT Infrastructure, the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Engineer will be responsible for designing, embedding, and continuously strengthening Brunswick’s Disaster Recovery and operational resilience capability across our global technology estate.
This is both a strategic and hands-on engineering role focused on ensuring Brunswick can recover rapidly and effectively from cyber incidents, ransomware, system outages, infrastructure failure, or wider operational disruption. The successful candidate will help move the organisation from documented recovery intent to fully engineered, tested, and measurable recovery capability.
Working closely with Technology, Security, and business stakeholders, you will design and validate recovery strategies that safeguard client delivery, protect data integrity, and maintain operational continuity. You will own the BC/DR roadmap, ensuring recovery planning evolves in line with emerging cyber threats, business growth, and changes to our technology landscape.

Reporting to the Group Head of ICT Infrastructure, the Azure DevOps Engineer will be responsible for assisting the design, implementation, and maintenance our Azure infrastructure and the surrounding platform for our Artificial Intelligence services. This includes designing and implementing secure solutions for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
The engineer will also be working directly with key business partners to understand the business requirement and apply internal and industry-wide standards and best practices, as well as providing technical guidance to other members of the team.
