BrightSign, the global market leader in digital signage media players, is seeking an Order Administrator to join our growing logistics and operations team. Responsibilities 

• Process both hardware and subscription purchase orders in our NetSuite System (experience preferred but not required), ensuring all orders are cleared daily with no open orders left unresolved. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and Zendesk, resolving issues, proactively communicating order status, and building relationships with a solutions-first mindset. 
• Independently manage and prioritize your ticket queue, take initiative to investigate problems, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution. Partner with the warehouse fulfillment team to coordinate on order fulfillment, returns, and damaged item processing. 
• Process returned/damaged items accurately and efficiently. 
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and account for inventory discrepancies.

BrightSign, the global market leader in digital signage media players, seeks an experienced software test engineer to join their embedded development team.  In this role you will have primary ownership of the CI/CD pipeline and associated test systems for BrightSign’s embedded products, predominantly but not exclusively Linux-based media players.

Responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure, both hardware and software
•    Design, architect and develop improvements to build infrastructure for performance, maintainability and cost optimisations
•    Monitor and report on quality metrics derived from local testing and field reports
•    Assist software development teams in resolving issues with build, test or deployment
•    Work with product management and other internal stakeholders to prioritise activities appropriately

 Qualifications and Skills
•    Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
•    Minimum 5 years industry experience in a professional software environment
•    Familiarity with Yocto/OpenEmbedded
•    Experience with Python, JavaScript and shell scripting
•    Experience of Linux systems (as a user, not necessarily a developer or administrator)
•    Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable
•    Previous experience of digital multimedia or networked systems
•    Experience with Kubernetes, AWS and similar cloud technologies
•    Familiarity with Gerrit, GitHub and/or other code review systems

• Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to establish relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners. 
• Identify and close opportunities to deploy BrightSign solutions, focusing on transportation media networks and digital signage applications. 
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align BrightSign solutions with the unique needs of transportation clients. 
• Educate prospective clients on programmatic and endemic ad monetization programs, positioning BrightSign’s capabilities as a value-added component to their business models. 
• Act as a thought leader in transportation media, delivering insights and expertise to help clients maximize ROI through digital signage initiatives. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth. 
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 
• 3+ years of experience selling digital signage solutions into the transportation vertical 
• Extensive knowledge of transportation media networks, programmatic advertising, and endemic ad monetization strategies 
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth 
• Strong understanding of digital signage hardware, software, and ecosystem integrations 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment 
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales efforts
