We're hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to design, build, operate, and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue engine. This is a high stakes, high agency role, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a greenfield role for a true builder. You’ll own every element of our outbound revenue engine, building intelligent workflows to automate account prioritization and assignments, prospect research, campaign automation, and data integrity. You’ll architect the data, systems, and processes that enable us to determine who to target, when to engage, and how. You'll build automations that eliminate manual work, optimize every customer touchpoint, and enable our AEs and SDRs to see a step-change in their productivity. You’ll be expected to think strategically, ship quickly, experiment using data, and create leverage that translates into a step change in pipeline generation.

We're looking for a Founding Solutions Engineer to build the technical and workflow confidence layer in our enterprise sales cycles. In close partnership with our engineering and implementation teams, you will design, validate, and clearly communicate how our product works within complex talent system environments. This is a high-leverage, first-in-role position designed to scale an efficient, repeatable enterprise sales motion.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and implementation. It is responsible for understanding a prospect’s systems and workflows, determining whether and how the product will work in that environment, and communicating that clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Enterprise Discovery & Solution Design. Map each prospect's ATS, scheduling tools, competency models, and hiring workflows to identify integration requirements and recommendations.
Custom Demo & Narrative Development. Build tailored demo flows that translate technical configurations into clear business value and help prospects understand how the product works in their specific context.
POC Support. Serve as the primary implementation lead to ensure successful POCs.
RFP & Technical Diligence. Own first-pass RFP responses in partnership with AEs, standardize high-quality responses for reuse.
Asset Creation. Build reusable materials, including integration explainers, demo templates, architecture diagrams, FAQs, etc
Pre- to Post-Sale Alignment. Ensure seamless handoffs from pre- to post-sales for enterprise-scale customers.

As an Implementations Manager at BrightHire, you will deliver a customer’s first experience after the sale, ensuring seamless launches for new customers across all segments. As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at BrightHire, you’ll own a portfolio of growing, high-potential customers and lead their success from post-sale handoff through renewal. This role is built for a CSM who thrives on creativity and autonomy — someone who can independently run their book of business while delivering a thoughtful, consistent customer experience.
You’ll guide customers through rollout, training, adoption, and long-term value realization, acting as a trusted partner to Talent and HR leaders as they embed BrightHire into their hiring workflows. Success in this role requires balancing efficiency with impact: leveraging scaled programs, data, and automation while knowing when to engage more deeply through live conversations, enablement sessions, and executive-level discussions.
This is a highly autonomous role with meaningful ownership over customer outcomes and commercial results. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product, while also shaping how BrightHire serves its Mid-Market customers through feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement. It’s an opportunity to have real influence — on your customers’ hiring outcomes and on the evolution of BrightHire’s customer success motion.
