WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

• As part of the broader Go To Market Enablement, the Senior Sales Enablement Manager works with other Sales Enablement professionals to drive revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the strategies, content, training, and tools necessary to increase productivity and win rates.

• You will serve as a strategic partner to Enterprise sales leadership, leading role-specific enablement initiatives for the segment while reinforcing global enablement programs and developing tailored support for Enterprise needs.

• You will drive enablement programs across all of Box Go To Market teams coordinating with other stakeholders, leaders, and enablement professionals.

• This role requires senior stakeholder influence, high-impact coaching, data analysis to measure ROI, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies aligned with revenue goals and GTM initiatives

• Instructional Design: Design, deliver, and scale enablement programs for sales teams to improve skills, product knowledge, and methodology adoption

• Content & Tools Management: Ensure reps can access, use, and customize high-quality content, tools, and sales collateral

• Drive Programs: Lead enablement initiatives that deliver impact during periods of transformation and organizational change

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging, content, and process

• Generate Consensus: Effective at building consensus and momentum across senior, cross-functional audiences

• Performance Analysis: Utilize sales data to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, identify performance gaps, and calculate ROI

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Sales Expertise: Experience coaching enterprise sellers and deep understanding of sales process and MEDDPICC

• Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement and LMS platforms

• Communication: Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training as well as for stakeholder communications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze metrics to measure KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity

• AI-speed: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We are looking for a highly motivated GTM Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team. This individual must be proactive, extremely well organized, and solution oriented. Success in this role will leverage their understanding of technology and business acumen to assess requests and find solutions that meet stakeholder needs. A successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to effectively work with all organizational levels within a fast-moving high-technology company, particularly interfacing between sales teams, IT, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Work with GTM Operations leadership to support functional enhancements and optimization projects for Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GradientWorks, and other industry leading technologies
• Perform initial triage on system bugs or issues to guide appropriate teams to deliver timely solutions to the business
• Resolve systems bugs or issues that come through the Salesforce ticket queue, working with key cross-functional teams including Enterprise Systems, GTM Operations, and GTM business stakeholders
• Own data hygiene in Salesforce and connected sales tools
• Document technical requirements for system and process enhancements to ensure successful execution of top business objectives
• Work closely with Enterprise Systems team on system bugs and issues to increase value from GTM tools and streamline business processes
• Ad hoc support for run-the-business Salesforce enhancements including: new or updated permissions sets, flow or validation rules
• Oversee provisioning & de-provisioning process of all sales tools across our go-to-market team
• Provide excellent follow-through and support when needed; ensure a smooth transition when directing issues to other teams

• 2+ years of experience with the internet or software as a service (SaaS) industry
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations and/or Salesforce.com administration (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to foster and maintain positive partnering relationships with sales and internal departments

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide business, pricing, product knowledge, and analytical support to sales for large, complex, non-standard transactions
• Streamline and automate the process for non-standard deal approvals. (e.g. thresholds and rules, approver roles and responsibilities, approval routing and workflow design, automated exception alerting and communications, and the creation of a hierarchy of special terms, tips/techniques and recommended workarounds.)
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.) expedite the review and approval process.
• Identify potential training issues and coordinate with internal teams to develop and deliver sales enablement tools (e.g., Product and Pricing FAQ’s, Sales Approval templates, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills to continually streamline and improve practices, including tools, templates, and processes, to support and efficient and effective deal desk.
• Design and develop the strategy for onboarding, educating, and enabling our account executives.
• Participate in the integration planning and execution process for new lines of business (e.g., Platform, Channel).
• Develop operational readiness plans and assess quoting readiness. Oversee tool enhancement activities, drive testing plans, and deliver functional tools to the deal desk teams.
• Work with deal support teams (e.g., Legal, Revenue Recognition, Finance, etc.) to address complex pricing/commercial terms and provide options to enable sales to address and overcome customer objections while maximizing revenue/bookings.
• Engage with designated sales teams to provide pricing and deal structuring guidance
• Function in sales advisory capacity to coach sales on objection handling techniques, contractual options, and standard business terms.
• Function as a sales advocate to liaise with Legal and Finance business partners to address/resolve sales impediments.
• Facilitate the sales approval and/or “standardized” contract document generation processes. Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk role for a Software company.
• 7–10 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, ideally within technology, financial services, or consulting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations departments to optimize contract terms and close deals
• Proven ability to develop and implement customer- and value-focused pricing models..
• Self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to foster & maintain strong partnering relationships with sales and internal departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English.
• 4‐Year University Degree is preferable.
