Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets when they visit our clinics for care. We're building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a proactive Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
The Opportunity:
Our Veterinary Assistants partner with our Veterinarians and Vet Techs to deliver exceptional care to our pets and pet parents. You will provide a high level of compassion as you interact with our clients and support our cohesive teams in whatever is needed, from scribing during visits to assisting with procedures. You are efficient, detail oriented, and a collaborative team member who is passionate about providing quality care to pets!
This is a temporary full time (40 hrs/week) position with a rotating schedule of four 10hr shifts per week.

The Opportunity:
Are you looking to complete your externship in a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic with thoughtful mentorship and exposure to a variety of cases?At Bond Vet, we believe the role of a conventional veterinary technician has not realized its full potential in any GP or urgent-care clinical environment, and it is our mission to bring this role to the modern day. As an extern with us, you’re sure to find a supportive and successful start to your veterinary career.
Our veterinary technicians use their medical knowledge and clinical skills to provide routine and urgent care every day. You’ll participate in surgery and dental procedures, shadow appointments with credentialed veterinary technicians, and educate the pet parents who walk in our door.
We'll look out for you and encourage you to grow your skill set, helping you learn and setting up appropriate CE events and mentorship to support you through your externship with us.

Their responsibilities will involve guiding and inspiring our support team members through various developmental activities. As a partner of the clinic leadership team, they will directly assist in clinic performance and health, ensuring optimal patient care, medical quality standards, and operational efficiency.
This role will serve as a leader and a teacher, actively participating in developing and administering initiatives and training programs for the clinic and the broader company audience. As an advocate, they will ensure that our support team members have a voice in clinic leadership discussions.
Above all, their role as nurses remains paramount, maintaining high-quality patient care and leading by example.

The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.

As a Senior Veterinarian – Dentistry at Bond Vet, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental and oral diseases in animals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and well-being of our patients. If interested, you’ll have the opportunity to play a training and leadership role amongst our veterinarians.
The base salary will fall between $170,000-$200,000 Depending on experience annually with increase for weekend shifts. This role will be assigned to administrative days and in-clinic days between our Boston locations.
