You’ll have supportive staff both in the clinic and remotely to assist you with callbacks, scribing, and patient care. You’ll have access to the best technology, a warm and welcoming clinic environment, and did we mention snacks? Above all, you’ll be provided with the autonomy to practice your medicine how you see fit and be supported mentally, physically and financially.
Mentorship & Growth:

To achieve our vision, Bond Vet is currently seeking an Medical Director to help lead the medical operations of the Clinic
The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely, efficient and equitable) veterinary care by all team members
- Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions and regular case discussions
- Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they arise within their team, thereby maintaining a high performing team
- Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings to foster and strengthen positive hospital culture
- Acts as a thought partner and contributes to the development of new practice protocols and guidelines and implements them in an efficient and engaging way
- Partners with Clinic Manager in delivering an excellent client experience including the handling of client complaints when applicable
- Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and, when appropriate, support staff to ensure the recruitment of the highest caliber of veterinary talent
- Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance the needs of the hospital and of their Associate Veterinarians
- Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community and the public at large

Qualifications
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure. To include all states for clinics under supervision.
- DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate if needed for all states for clinics under supervision.
- 2-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience preferred

To achieve our vision, Bond Vet is currently seeking an Medical Director to help lead the medical operations of the Clinic
The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely, efficient and equitable) veterinary care by all team members
- Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions and regular case discussions
- Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they arise within their team, thereby maintaining a high performing team
- Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings to foster and strengthen positive hospital culture
- Acts as a thought partner and contributes to the development of new practice protocols and guidelines and implements them in an efficient and engaging way
- Partners with Clinic Manager in delivering an excellent client experience including the handling of client complaints when applicable
- Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and, when appropriate, support staff to ensure the recruitment of the highest caliber of veterinary talent
- Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance the needs of the hospital and of their Associate Veterinarians
- Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community and the public at large

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. With no ER duties, no on-call, a reliable schedule and opportunities to mentor as desired, this is an exciting opportunity for a surgeon looking for excellent quality of life in an engaging, culture-forward environment.
The next member of Bond’s expanded specialty services will provide specialty-level surgery consultations and procedures to our large network of pets and pet parents, as well as to external hospital referrals. A pilot program for outpatient surgery has been a massive success, and we are ready to expand our offerings and help more pets.
What You'll Do:
- Perform soft tissue and orthopedic procedures on an outpatient basis
- Perform consultations for Bond clients as well as referrals from external hospitals
- Partner with our Bond General Practice and Urgent care providers, creating a complete ecosystem for surgery and long term follow up
- [As Interested} Engage in our active teaching programs to help new graduates learn surgery and our experienced practitioners hone their skills (this will include philanthropy opportunities!)
Qualifications:
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- Board certification or residency-trained and licensed in good standing or be able to obtain licensure to practice as a veterinary professional in New Jersey and/or New York State.

You’ll have supportive staff both in the clinic and remotely to assist you with callbacks, scribing, and patient care. We are currently offering Full-Time opportunities with up to 16 shifts per 4-week period, as well as Part-Time positions across our clinics. Scheduling is flexible and based on clinic needs.

To achieve our vision, Bond Vet is currently seeking an Medical Director to help lead the medical operations of the Clinic
The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely, efficient and equitable) veterinary care by all team members
- Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions and regular case discussions
- Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they arise within their team, thereby maintaining a high performing team
- Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings to foster and strengthen positive hospital culture
- Acts as a thought partner and contributes to the development of new practice protocols and guidelines and implements them in an efficient and engaging way
- Partners with Clinic Manager in delivering an excellent client experience including the handling of client complaints when applicable
- Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and, when appropriate, support staff to ensure the recruitment of the highest caliber of veterinary talent
- Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance the needs of the hospital and of their Associate Veterinarians
- Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community and the public at large

To achieve our vision, Bond Vet is currently seeking an Medical Director to help lead the medical operations of the Clinic
The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely, efficient and equitable) veterinary care by all team members
- Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions and regular case discussions
- Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they arise within their team, thereby maintaining a high performing team
- Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings to foster and strengthen positive hospital culture
- Acts as a thought partner and contributes to the development of new practice protocols and guidelines and implements them in an efficient and engaging way
- Partners with Clinic Manager in delivering an excellent client experience including the handling of client complaints when applicable
- Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and, when appropriate, support staff to ensure the recruitment of the highest caliber of veterinary talent
- Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance the needs of the hospital and of their Associate Veterinarians
- Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community and the public at large

The next member of Bond’s expanded specialty services will provide specialty-level surgery consultations and procedures to our large network of pets and pet parents, as well as to external hospital referrals. - Perform soft tissue and orthopedic procedures on an outpatient basis
- Perform consultations for Bond clients as well as referrals from external hospitals
- Partner with our Bond General Practice and Urgent care providers, creating a complete ecosystem for surgery and long term follow up

Bond Vet is currently seeking an Medical Director to help lead the medical operations for our Watertown, MA clinic!
The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that Clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment. The Medical Director is client-oriented, an excellent communicator and a natural mentor to all members of their team.
The Medical Director partners with their Clinic Manager and reports to the Regional Director of Operations to ensure the holistic success of their Clinic.
In addition to these leadership duties, the Medical Director fulfills the responsibilities of an Associate Veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely, efficient and equitable) veterinary care by all team members
- Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching, feedback sessions and regular case discussions
- Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they arise within their team, thereby maintaining a high performing team
- Organizes and conducts regular doctor and team meetings to foster and strengthen positive hospital culture
- Acts as a thought partner and contributes to the development of new practice protocols and guidelines and implements them in an efficient and engaging way
- Partners with Clinic Manager in delivering an excellent client experience including the handling of client complaints when applicable
- Participates in talent acquisition efforts for Doctors and, when appropriate, support staff to ensure the recruitment of the highest caliber of veterinary talent
- Creates and maintains the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance the needs of the hospital and of their Associate Veterinarians
- Acts as an ambassador of Bond Vet within the veterinary community and the public at large

Qualifications
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure. To include all states for clinics under supervision.
- DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate if needed for all states for clinics under supervision.
- 3-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience preferred
