We’re looking for a driven, financially-minded Planning Manager to support our Intimates & Apparel teams. Reporting to the VP of Merchandise Planning, this role sits at a pivotal moment for the business: expanding into new growth territory while evolving our planning structure and capabilities.

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized, and execution-driven team player to join our Design team as our Assistant Designer, Intimates & Apparel (temporary, full time) reporting directly to our Senior Designer of Intimates & Apparel.

We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, and solutions-oriented operator to join our Fulfillment team as our Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations, reporting to our Director of Fulfillment Operations. We are looking for a highly strategic, commercially driven wholesale leader to join the Bombas Wholesale leadership team as Director of Key Accounts, Wholesale, reporting directly to the GM/SVP of Wholesale + Retail. This role owns Bombas’ largest and most complex wholesale channels—Sporting Goods and Mass—while also providing senior leadership oversight for the Department Store channel, which will be managed by a direct report.
This is a senior, hands-on “player–coach” role that combines direct selling and account ownership with people leadership and broader organizational influence. In addition to owning key strategic accounts, this leader will serve as a right-hand commercial partner to the GM/SVP, acting as a stabilizing force and standard-setter as senior leadership continues to elevate out of the day-to-day business.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive wholesale experience, with deep expertise managing large national retailers, complex forecasts, and high-volume programs. This individual is a confident P&L owner, experienced people manager, and trusted cross-functional partner who can balance near-term execution with long-term strategic growth.
Own the strategic, financial, and operational performance of Bombas’ largest wholesale accounts and channels, while building scalable account leadership practices that elevate rigor across the wholesale organization.. Lead direct selling efforts for Sporting Goods and Mass, oversee the Department Store channel through a direct report, and manage and develop a team while helping elevate overall wholesale best practices, rigor, and execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software engineering experience and is excited to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful work that helps people in need of essential clothing items.
