This 100% virtual role supports high-quality, patient-centered care delivery for our medical providers by coordinating patient care, managing appointments and medication refills, responding to crisis calls, completing prior authorizations, and providing education and guidance to patients and families. Compensation & Benefits

Total Earning Potential: Up to $70,000+ annually 

This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to  increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.

Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) 

• Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania
• Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
• Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
