As a Territory Manager (TM), you’ll own the performance of your territory, driving new sales, growing existing accounts, and building long-term partner relationships. You’re the face of Bevi in your market, balancing prospecting and relationship management to deliver consistent growth. You’ll focus heavily on Bevi’s Office Coffee Service (OCS) partners, deepening relationships, co-selling, and activating branches to source and close more opportunities.
Your Day to Day
- Set and execute a clear growth strategy, holding yourself accountable for bookings, expansion, and revenue goals
- Prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities by engaging end customers and bringing them to Bevi’s OCS partners
- Visit partners regularly, lead joint sales blitzes, and strengthen collaboration to increase sourcing and co-selling
- Collaborate with Bevi’s Sales Enablement team to ensure OCS partners understand how to sell Bevi’s value proposition as effectively as you do
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of new Bevi products through partner channels
- Keep your pipeline, activities, and account notes clean, current, and accurate, ensuring full visibility into progress, forecasting, and performance
- Analyze activity, deal velocity, and partner performance to focus your time on the highest-impact opportunities
- Actively engage in ongoing sales and product trainings to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of evolving market and partner needs
- Lead customer meetings, demos, and events as the local brand ambassador
- Take ownership of results, communicate progress, and share learnings to help raise the bar for the team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined set of high-priority customers, driving both retention and new business growth and creating an updating strategic account plans
- Identify and re-engage underperforming partners by running training refreshers, local blitzes, or targeted campaigns to reactivate their pipelines
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new locations, departments, or opportunities to expand Bevi’s footprint
- Create quarterly plans for assigned accounts and partner relationships, outlining goals for both expansion and new business, and track results in Salesforce
- Collaborate on partner education to ensure partners understand how to identify and close new Bevi opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in territory or field sales with a track record of exceeding goals
- Reside in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Upstate NY, Rhode Island, or Vermont
- Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Experienced in managing and selling through partners or distributors, OCS experience is a plus
- Analytical and data-driven in setting territory priorities
- Confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives independently

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team. This is not a ticket-resolution role — it is a strategic position for someone who partners deeply with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business problems and architect technology solutions that solve them at scale.
You will own the design and evolution of our sales and operations technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and adjacent platforms, and will be expected to lead with an AI-first mindset – identifying where AI agents, automation, and intelligent tooling can replace manual effort, accelerate decisions, and amplify team output. If you love sitting with a stakeholder, understanding their pain, and then going away to build something that genuinely changes how they work, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Problem Discovery
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable system designs
- Lead working sessions, process discovery workshops, and solution design reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with EA Business Analysts on solution delivery — BA owns stakeholder discovery, process design, and requirements intake; this role owns system architecture, configuration, and build. Coordinate with RevOps on GTM process ownership, translating their operational requirements and reporting needs into Salesforce and adjacent platform solutions without duplicating RevOps' analytical and process governance responsibilities
AI-First Solution Design
- Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the revenue tech stack – from lead qualification and forecasting assistance to automated insights and CRM data enrichment
- Identify high-ROI opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue cycles; own CI/CD pipeline standards and deployment practices (Gearset) to ensure reliable, auditable releases across all Salesforce environments
- Stay current on the evolving AI tooling landscape (LLMs, agents, copilots, etc.) and evaluate applicability to Bevi's GTM operations
- Build, test, and iterate on AI-augmented processes with a feedback loop tied to measurable business outcomes
Salesforce & Platform Architecture
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions
- Manage and optimize integrations across the full tech stack – including Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, Oracle Field Service, and other platforms
- Own user, role, and permission management across all Sales and Operations applications
- Lead upgrade, release, and bundle management for Salesforce install packages and connected tools
Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business users
- Contribute to data models and dashboard design in Looker
- Apply strong SQL and relational data expertise to support reporting schemas, data transformations, and analytics initiatives
- Ensure data integrity across systems as the authoritative voice on Sales & Marketing data structure and quality
What We're Looking For
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience building flows, Apex, integrations, and complex automations
- Demonstrated experience with multi-platform CRM and operations ecosystems – Salesforce plus at least one of: NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong SQL and relational data fundamentals – you can write a query, trace a data problem back to its source, and design a reporting schema
- Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define problems and ship solutions – not just respond to requests
- Experience implementing AI tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in a business operations context
- A builder's mindset: you default to "how do I create a system that eliminates this problem" rather than "how do I resolve this ticket"
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to hold both the detail and the big picture simultaneously
- Ability to navigate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-moving startup environment

Bevi is looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor in building out our test function and raising the quality bar for our machines throughout the development cycle. You'll own validation and lifetime testing end-to-end — from writing and reviewing test plans to analyzing data statistically and translating findings into clear recommendations for the Hardware Engineering team. You'll be a go-to resource for testing best practices, working cross-functionally to catch issues early and drive them to resolution. We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and thrives in a hands-on environment. If you enjoy learning new skills, working across disciplines, and taking real ownership of your work, you'll fit right in at Bevi.
Your Day to Day
- Identify and own testing activities for hardware development projects, working alongside various engineers and technicians.
- Create and review test plans for sustaining efforts as well as new product development.
- Test products that integrate hardware, software, and firmware into a seamless product that meets all customer expectations.
- Review, summarize and publish test results for team consumption.
- Validate hardware designs across all requirements including lifetime and reliability testing.
- Propose and implement statistical-based test plans to validate quality in new and sustaining products.
- Assist with running and reporting on all tests being performed.
- Work cross-functionally with the manufacturing / quality group to understand how to improve test coverage.
Requirements
- 3+ years full-time experience in integration testing of consumer products with hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Experience writing and owning hardware test plans.
- Experience selecting, planning, and overseeing reliability testing for hardware development projects.
- Planning, executing, and analyzing a variety of statistical testing methods.
- Experience working with data acquisition hardware/software to collect data from testing.
- Strong statistical data analysis / visualization skills with analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, or similar.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and 3D models.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
Additional Skills
- Experience with consumer products, UL, NSF, interpreting regulations.
- Experience with data collection tools such as DataQ, LabView, or similar.
- Experience working with JIRA and/or Confluence is a plus.
- Experience planning and performing Design of Experiments (DoE) testing is a plus.
- Experience with HALT HASS planning or test execution is a plus.
- Experience with fluid and/or hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Experience with CAD (Solidworks preferred) is a plus.
- Experience working with 3D printers is a plus.
- Proficiency and ability to use mechanical power/hand tools (drill press, saw, press, etc.) and electrical instrumentation (meters, power supplies, probes, etc.).

As a Senior Account Executive, Foodservice, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Bevi’s presence in key verticals like healthcare, education, and government food service. You’ll work closely with channel partners and end customers to grow awareness, adoption, and revenue in emerging markets for Bevi.
You’ll balance independent selling with partnership activation, owning your pipeline, building relationships, and helping partners sell Bevi the way we sell Bevi.
Your Day to Day
- Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, field prospecting, and partner collaboration
- Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and solution-based conversations with healthcare and education prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your territory
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint selling activities, events, and trainings
- Manage your pipeline end to end, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Track all activities and insights in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and visibility for leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a data-driven approach to performance
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to foodservice, healthcare, or education
- Proven ability to prospect independently and thrive in a field-driven, relationship-focused environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to multiple audiences
- Confidence using Salesforce and other CRM tools

Bevi is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to define and drive the strategic vision for our software ecosystem. This leader will oversee the integration of machine interfaces, backend services, and partner applications to deliver a seamless, intelligent, and scalable end-to-end experience. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead the adoption of AI and modern engineering tools to accelerate delivery and efficiency. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can set long-range technical direction while remaining grounded in the execution required to scale a global fleet of connected devices.
Your Day to Day
- Define Software Strategy: Own the long-term vision and architecture for Bevi’s software ecosystem, spanning Android OS, cloud services, and fleet intelligence.
- Drive AI & Automation: Lead the organizational adoption of AI-driven tools and workflows to measurably improve engineering velocity, code quality, and delivery speed.
- Scale the Organization: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing software team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
- Orchestrate Multi-Year Roadmaps: Partner with Hardware and Product teams to align software capabilities with hardware cycles and beverage innovation.
- Champion User Outcomes: Ensure software solutions meet the diverse needs of drinkers, enterprise partners, and internal service teams.

Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 10+ years of experience building software or IoT products, with at least 7+ years in management and a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Scale Specialist: Deep experience leading engineering organizations through periods of high growth, ideally within B2B or B2B2C hardware-enabled recurring revenue environments.
- AI & Modern Tooling Advocate: Passionate about how AI is reshaping engineering and experienced in implementing autonomous or generative tools to drive efficiency.
- IoT Expert: Familiar with the unique challenges of connected device ecosystems where software, firmware, and hardware intersect.
- Strategic Architect: Able to translate ambiguous business goals into clear technical roadmaps and architectural requirements.
- Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and translating technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and pivots quickly based on market feedback and data-driven insights.
- Educated & Technical: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possesses equivalent deep technical experience.

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
