High-Level Overview
We are looking for a GTM Operations Analyst, Principal to serve as the strategic backbone of Benevity's go-to-market planning and performance infrastructure. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own our Annual GTM Planning Cycle, lead TAM/SAM analysis and territory design, and build the analytical foundation that enables confident capacity planning and data-driven board reporting. Working in close partnership with GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and Finance, you will ensure iron-clad business metric accuracy and act as the connective tissue between strategic vision and data-backed execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator with deep analytical expertise, executive presence, and a proven track record of driving transformational GTM programs in a SaaS environment.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to drive process optimization inclusive of systems integration and usage across our sales tech stack (Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clay), delivering data analysis and reporting that drives both C-Suite visibility and individual seller productivity. The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter with deep analytical capabilities, strong cross-functional instincts, and a high orientation toward process efficiency and data accuracy.

Benevity is looking for a passionate and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you'll own the full new logo sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to close, targeting enterprise organizations across all global product lines. You'll focus on building a strong pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and winning new clients who are ready to put corporate purpose at the center of their business strategy.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You're comfortable engaging with C-level buyers, navigating long sales cycles, and articulating strategic value at every stage. This role includes travel of 15-20% for client meetings, industry events, and internal meetings. Success in this role requires close collaboration with teams across the business, including Client Success, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver compelling client experiences and drive results. This role reports to the Regional Director of Sales and is based in North America.
