About the Role
As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact.
You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning. You will be responsible for building scalable playbooks that ensure repeatable success across regions.
This role also serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership. You will align messaging, coordinate activation strategies, manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up. Establishing clear success metrics - including meetings secured, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence and revenue attribution - will be critical, as will continuously analysing performance data to refine and optimise strategy.

The role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, managing complex enterprise sales cycles averaging nine months with deal sizes of $200K+, while also owning selective expansion and renewal activity within a limited set of existing customers.
This role owns the full commercial sales lifecycle, including AE-led outbound prospecting, qualification, value articulation to both above-the-line business stakeholders and below-the-line functional buyers, commercial negotiation, and contract execution for the Behavox Controls Platform. The Account Executive is accountable for articulating and advancing a clear business value case by aligning customer strategic objectives, economic outcomes, and executive priorities to the commercial decision. The role also maintains disciplined sales execution through accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity hygiene in HubSpot. The Principal Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within a portfolio of Behavox’s most strategic global enterprise customers. The role focuses on new business acquisition and long-term expansion across million-dollar-plus customers, operating at enterprise-wide scale across multiple business units and complex organizational structures. Accounts at this level represent the highest commercial impact and strategic importance to the business.
This role owns the full commercial sales lifecycle for top-tier strategic accounts, including AE-led outbound prospecting, opportunity shaping, value articulation to the most senior business executives, commercial negotiation, and contract execution for the Behavox Controls Platform. The Principal Account Executive is accountable for shaping and advancing enterprise-level value cases by aligning customer-wide strategic objectives, economic outcomes, and executive priorities to long-term commercial decisions. The role holds sustained ownership of executive relationships and long-term account strategy, retaining commercial accountability post-signature and partnering with Customer Success to drive enterprise-wide adoption, expansion, and renewals over multi-year horizons. In addition to direct account ownership, the role sets the standard for enterprise value selling by influencing vertical sales strategy, value frameworks, and executive messaging, while operating strictly as an individual contributor. Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales hygiene in HubSpot are required to maintain predictability across the most complex and material accounts.
