What you'll do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Create clear and actionable product specifications, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products innovative and competitive.
What you'll need:
- A university degree in a related field.
- Background in product management methodologies, preferably with experience in e-commerce.
- Strong experience in product management, focusing on front-end and back-end projects.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Passion for creating user-centric products and a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced English is crucial, as you may need to present at meetings with speakers who do not speak Portuguese.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to write clear and actionable requirements, business cases, and user stories.
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Consultant to lead activation of our platform’s digital products on projects across Latin America. This person will be responsible for defining product scope with customers, leading presentations, coordinating implementations with engineering and project teams, and providing support after delivery.
This role requires someone comfortable working with large enterprises, able to manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver with quality under aggressive timelines.
What you'll do:
- Define product scope together with enterprise customers, aligning business needs with technical feasibility.
- Lead and run product presentations and onboarding sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering and project teams to ensure successful, on-time implementations.
- Manage activations with challenging schedules while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
- Own the full activation lifecycle: from kick-off to post-implementation support.
- Act as the business and scope liaison after go-live by supporting adoption and prioritizing business-impacting issue
- Identify product improvement opportunities based on direct customer contact and frontline teams (continuous discovery).
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across internal teams (product, engineering, customer success, projects).
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers at LATAM customers.
- Adapt communication style to different corporate cultures and languages.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role.
- Prior experience in onboarding or activation of digital products, especially with enterprise customers.
- Ability to make decisions and resolve scope-related issues.
- Experience managing complex stakeholders and environments with multiple interested parties.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage accelerated timelines with a delivery focus.
- Clear, effective communication in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Analytical profile, oriented to insights from customer interactions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, projects).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Notion, Miro, or similar.
- Fluency in Spanish for work with customers across Latin America.
- SQL and/or advanced Excel for validation and analysis.
- Familiarity with API/integration concepts and how systems connect in enterprise landscapes.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support delivery and execution across our Sales Enablement and Frontline experience teams. In this role, you’ll contribute to initiatives that span multiple tools and workflows used by our sales and customer-facing teams. You'll work closely with senior PMs, designers, engineers, and go-to-market partners to help scope, prioritize, and deliver features that improve productivity, consistency, and experience across our frontline ecosystem.
This is a great opportunity for a PM who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments, and who enjoys solving practical product problems that make a real difference for internal users.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to the delivery of product initiatives across multiple Sales Enablement tools and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, define requirements, and drive execution
- Help manage dependencies across related product areas to ensure smooth delivery
- Gather feedback and context from internal users to inform feature development
- Write clear product specs, coordinate timelines, and track progress toward milestones
- Participate in team rituals and help maintain high delivery standards across squads
- Communicate updates and risks to relevant stakeholders with clarity and structure
What you'll need:
- University degree in any area
- Experience as a product manager working in cross-functional software teams
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to support shared goals across multiple teams
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with defined requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day execution
- Comfort working on internal-facing tools and balancing user needs with technical constraints
- A learning mindset and willingness to grow under the guidance of senior product leaders
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on internal tools or platforms, especially for sales or frontline teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRMs, or customer success tooling
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to product delivery processes (e.g. agile, sprint planning, release coordination)
