Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Applied Data Scientist with expertise in building agentic systems and autonomous agents to join one of our R&D. You will be at the core of transforming our supply chain solutions into a fully agentic platform — designing and building agents that autonomously generate analytical pipelines, orchestrate multi-step reasoning, and resolve complex logistics challenges for our customers. You will combine strong machine learning and deep learning expertise with the ability to architect and implement production-grade agentic systems, working closely with engineering, product, and domain experts to push the boundaries of what autonomous AI can do in supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build autonomous agentic systems that generate, configure, and execute analytical pipelines to solve supply chain challenges end-to-end
- Architect multi-agent workflows with planning, tool use, memory, and feedback loops — enabling agents to reason, adapt, and improve over time
- Develop and integrate ML and deep learning models (e.g., predictive models, anomaly detection, demand forecasting) as core capabilities within agentic pipelines
- Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems to production use cases
- Translate complex logistics and supply chain challenges into agent-based problem formulations, collaborating closely with product and domain experts
- Define and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks for agent performance: correctness, reliability, robustness, and edge-case handling
- Collaborate with software engineers to productionize agentic solutions — including testing, monitoring, versioning, and iterative improvement
- Contribute to team practices: reproducible code, experiment tracking, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in applied data science or ML in a product environment, with demonstrated experience building agentic systems or autonomous agents
- MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven track record designing and implementing multi-step agentic pipelines, including LLM-based agents, tool use, planning loops, and memory mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent
- Strong Python coding skills; familiar with Spark for large-scale, distributed data processing
- Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, open-source models) and prompt engineering for agentic use cases
- Experience performing rigorous model evaluation (baselines, cross-validation, error analysis) and defining evaluation strategies for agent behavior
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across engineering, product, and supply chain domain experts and iterate fast
Nice to Have (Advantages)
- Experience with multi-agent architectures, agent-to-agent communication protocols, and agent orchestration at scale
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, drift detection)
- Familiarity with containerization and production engineering practices (Docker, Kubernetes)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from participating in initial architectural discussions and tech-stack evaluations to the hands-on execution of complex features. We value collective intelligence, and you will be expected to bring your expertise to the table to help design scalable systems and support the team in maintaining high engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Actively participate in the design of new services and system components, providing input on scalability, reliability, and technical feasibility.
- Tech-Stack Participation: Contribute to the evaluation of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to ensure our technology stack remains efficient and effective.
- Feature Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of robust features, ensuring high-quality implementation across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Peer Mentorship: Support fellow engineers through constructive code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for technical improvement within our codebase and development processes, helping to implement best practices.
- Agentic Development: Contribute to the team's agentic toolkit by designing reusable components for agent reasoning and skill execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and advanced CSS/HTML.
- Professional experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go) and API design.
- Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling and database optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to architectural discussions and understand system-wide implications of technical choices.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/K8s), and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with developing services and APIs in a cloud based microservices ecosystem.
- Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to navigate high-level ambiguity and technical complexity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A natural inclination for ownership, proactive problem-solving, and driving technical initiatives to completion.

Job Summary
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join one of our R&D. You'll design and deliver data-driven solutions that combine data analysis, statistical methods, improved heuristics, and ML models training to power Beamup's autonomous supply chain intelligence platform. You'll work closely with data science, engineering, product, and supply chain experts — owning solutions from problem definition to iterative improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, multi-source operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers of supply chain performance
- Improve and maintain heuristic rules and analytical models for supply chain use cases (e.g., inventory risk, demand patterns, root-cause analysis)
- Train and iterate on ML models to enhance existing analytical solutions
- Define success metrics and evaluation plans with support from senior DS/PM; run error analysis
- Work with stakeholders to create and maintain ground truth (label definitions, labeling workflows, QA checks, feedback loops)
- Implement and refine hybrid decision logic by combining analytical outputs with statistical methods and SQL/rules-based logic for robustness and explainability
- Collaborate with software engineers to support deployment of analytical solutions, including testing and logging
- Monitor deployed models/rules, investigate performance issues (data quality, drift, edge cases), and iterate based on outcomes
- Contribute to team practices: reproducible notebooks/code, documentation, and experiment tracking
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product or business environment (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with Python and data analysis workflows
- Solid SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions) and comfort working with production data in a warehouse/lake environment
- Experience performing rigorous evaluation (baselines, cross-validation where relevant, error analysis)
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics and a clear analytical plan (with guidance when needed)
- Experience working with messy real-world data: data validation, debugging pipelines, and collaborating on labeling/ground truth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product, and domain experts; comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast
Nice to Have (Advantages)
- Experience building predictive ML models (e.g., classification, regression, anomaly detection)
- Familiarity with common DS libraries: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with development AI agents (Cursor, Caude-Code, etc.)
