Essential Job Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale BambooHR’s AI platform, powering the next generation of intelligent product experiences. This team creates the foundation for AI-first development across the company, including LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and observability systems that enable other teams to confidently build and operate AI-driven features.
As part of this effort, you’ll lead initiatives that embed intelligence directly into the product—using customer context to surface signals, recommend next steps, and take action on behalf of users, with thoughtful human oversight for critical decisions. This work is central to our goal of becoming the #1 HR platform for small and medium businesses by building a product that doesn’t just support work, but actively helps do it.
You will:
- Design and build core components of our AI platform, including LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and observability systems that enable teams to develop and operate AI-driven features with confidence
- Lead the development of scalable, reliable systems that integrate seamlessly into BambooHR’s product ecosystem
- Improve the platform by evolving our systems, tooling, and development practices as we learn what it takes to build and operate AI-powered software
- Write code for back end processes and experiences, tooling, automation, and our industry-leading applications
- Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems
- Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies
- Work with the rest of the team to integrate your projects into the application
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes
- Mentor and guide engineers, raising the bar for technical quality and helping others navigate the complexities of building with AI
- Understand and apply business needs to the technical solutions. Drive the best value for our customers and the company.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 10+ years of experience in web development
- Service Development in a language like PHP, Python, Java, or C#, and a desire to work in Python
- Object-Oriented development
- MySQL - both SQL query language and database structure/design
- Version control software, preferably Git
- Experience writing and debugging CI / CD processes and tools
- Experience with tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes to enable local development
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, etc.

Essential Job Duties
As a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and partner success across BambooHR’s Marketplace and Platform partner ecosystem. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact partners, lead business development conversations, set strategic revenue growth goals to execution, and partner with our Marketing team to co-manage sponsorships and strategic marketing initiatives that align with BambooHR’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly contribute to growing partner-attributed revenue, increasing deal flow, and strengthening high-value partnerships.
You Will:
- Own and drive revenue growth across your category-specific partner portfolio, with a primary focus on increasing rev share, pipeline, and co-sell performance
- Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for each key partner, including clear targets for lead generation, deal influence, and closed-won revenue
- Drive partner accountability to revenue outcomes, ensuring partners are actively contributing pipeline and aligning to mutual growth goals
- Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and forward-looking revenue strategy
- Own and expand monetization levers within your portfolio, including co-selling, listing optimization, expansion plays, sponsorships, and pay-to-play opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives that generate measurable pipeline
- Create and drive innovative exposure and enablement strategies to increase partner visibility with BambooHR sellers and improve partner attach rates in deals
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on your partners’ solutions—clearly articulating their value, use cases, and differentiators to internal teams to support deal success
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI across all monetization streams
- Maintain a deep understanding of your category landscape, including key players, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to inform partner strategy and prioritization
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
- You have 4–5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- You have experience owning and growing rev share relationships, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-selling motions
- You are highly metrics-driven and comfortable owning a revenue number, with experience reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and partner-driven revenue impact
- You’re a proactive and creative thinker, constantly identifying new ways to drive partner engagement, exposure, and monetization
- You’re confident leading strategic, revenue-focused conversations with partners and influencing outcomes

BambooHR is entering an exciting phase of global growth, and the Senior Manager, International Sales (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in shaping BambooHR’s future. While our US-based team has supported international sales to date, this is our first sales leadership role supporting sales in-region—giving you the opportunity to help build our EMEA commercial foundation from the ground up.
This is more than a regional leadership role. You’ll define how we win in EMEA—translating BambooHR’s proven US playbook into a scalable, repeatable motion tailored to the nuances of European markets.
You’ll partner closely with the in-region Director of EMEA Marketing and cross-functional leaders across BambooHR to build a high-impact go-to-market engine, while acting internally as the voice of the EMEA market—ensuring alignment across product, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
Importantly, this role operates within a global commercial framework: while you and your team will run pipeline generation, deal strategy, and customer engagement in-region, commercial contracting and final deal execution will be supported and concluded by a US-based deal desk team. Success in this role requires strong partnership with centralized functions to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining operational rigor.

You Will:
- Shape and execute go-to-market EMEA strategy for BambooHR, establishing the foundation for scalable growth across the region
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of AEs and SDRs, including hiring, coaching, and career development
- Design and implement core operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Translate BambooHR’s US sales motion into a repeatable, regionally relevant model across key European markets
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and results
- Partner closely with US-based deal desk, legal, and finance teams to support deal structuring, pricing, and contract execution
- Ensure smooth handoff and coordination for contract negotiation and closure, maintaining strong visibility and ownership of deal progress through to completion
- Engage and develop BambooHR’s partner ecosystem in EMEA to create a holistic customer value proposition and drive incremental demand generation
- Act as a cultural and operational bridge between the EMEA market and BambooHR US leadership, representing regional needs while maintaining strong global alignment
- Serve as a hands-on sales leader—supporting strategic deals and modeling best practices for the team
- Own team engagement and performance management, including retention, development, and performance improvement when needed
- Counsel BambooHR senior management on the long-term hiring strategy and organizational design for EMEA as the business scales
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done:
- 5–8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including managing both inbound and outbound motions
- Experience building or scaling sales teams in EMEA, ideally in early-stage international expansion environments
- Strong understanding of European market dynamics, including regional differences in buying behavior, procurement, and regulatory considerations
- Proven ability to build and operationalize a repeatable sales motion, including territory design, pipeline generation, and forecasting rigor
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy, product direction, and regional investment decisions
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations best practices
- Track record of hiring and developing top talent, including first-line managers
- Experience operating within a centralized or global deal desk model, with strong cross-border collaboration on contracts and pricing

You will

What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 3+ years of solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our designers push the envelope and we need you to be up to the task. (Seriously, don't skimp the HTML/CSS side)
- 3+ years experience using React to build high-quality interactive user interfaces
- You can show that you'd be an excellent communicator with our PHP developers and UI Designers
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, intuitive user interfaces from high-resolution mocks
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build modern UI components from scratch (datepickers, interactive lists, etc.)
- Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser web development best practices
- Previous work samples demonstrating proficiency in building highly interactive web-based applications
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excited to integrate AI-powered features into front-end workflows, such as real-time personalized UI elements, dynamic content rendering, or customized chatbot interactions using prompt engineering.
- Skilled in integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and experienced in working with back-end engineers. Ability to leverage AI prompts to optimize API calls for improved data presentation and user experience is a plus.

Essential Job Duties
As an Account Expansion Executive at BambooHR, you’ll partner with existing customers to help them get more value from their BambooHR investment. You’ll identify growth opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, and guide customers toward solutions that support their evolving business needs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and other cross-functional partners to drive expansion, retention, and long-term customer satisfaction. Conduct Consultative Sales Conversations: You’ll lead conversations that go beyond product features to understand what really matters to customers. Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll build relationships with the people involved in buying decisions, from day-to-day managers to senior leaders. You’ll learn how to navigate multiple perspectives, keep conversations moving forward, and build trust throughout the deal cycle.
Guide the Buying Process: You’ll help customers feel confident as they evaluate options and make decisions. By anticipating questions, addressing objections thoughtfully, and clearly outlining next steps, you’ll move opportunities toward close in a way that feels collaborative and professional.
Account Ownership & Collaboration: You’ll take ownership of your expansion opportunities from first conversation through close, while working closely with Customer Success to support adoption, renewals, and overall account health. Pipeline & Process Management: You’ll keep your pipeline organized and up to date in CRM so nothing slips through the cracks. Using data and insights, you’ll prioritize the right opportunities, forecast accurately, and stay focused on what will have the biggest impact.

- 2+ years of sales experience, with time spent in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B sales roles.
- Experience managing sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining solid pipeline hygiene.

- Demonstrated ability to produce super sweet user interfaces from high-resolution mocks

Experience & Background
- 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with significant UK market expertise.

We are looking for a world-class Outbound Sales Enablement Consultant—a builder, strategist, and operator who knows exactly what elite outbound execution looks like across both BDR and AE roles. Essential Job Duties
As an Outbound Account Executive (AE) at BambooHR, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition by targeting accounts and working with your BDR to generate enough pipeline to hit your quota and cultivating relationships with all pertinent stakeholders within target accounts. - Selling with a customer focus by diagnosing each account's business plan and existing contractual agreements for services.
- Demonstrating product proficiency with a working knowledge across BambooHR's service lines.
- BDRs will bring you opportunities to speak with prospects and you will be responsible for moving them from latent to active need by creating value
- Setting the stage for long term success of BambooHRs customers by providing a clear and smooth handoff to the post-sales teams including future opportunities for growth.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:
- A minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience that includes prospecting experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email
- A track record of tenacity and driving results with a sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships based on best practices and strategy.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work with and indirectly manage sales support colleagues.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

You will:
- Write code for back-end processes, RESTful public web APIs, and, of course, our industry-leading website
- Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems
- Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies
- Work with the rest of the team to integrate your projects into the application
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes
- Integrate AI into your daily tasks using IDEs (or plugins) such as GitHub Copilot and Windsurf. Leverage ChatGPT to streamline your workload by brainstorming and refining ideas, and planning projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Join our fast-paced team as we innovate at the speed of AI. AI is integrated into our products, development processes, and IDEs. We utilize AI tools like OpenAI, Claude Sonnet, and Gemini in our daily work.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 7+ years of experience in web development
- Service Development in a language like PHP, Python, Java, or C#, and a desire to work in PHP 8
- Object-Oriented development
- MySQL - both SQL query language and database structure/design
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Proficient in integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products, with expertise in prompt engineering to achieve outcomes such as sentiment analysis, summarization, trend identification, and content generation.
