About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement Analytics and Field Effectiveness (Neurology) to lead the operational infrastructure supporting our internalized Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) team and Neurology sales operations. This role is critical to managing the transition from external vendor to internal operations while scaling support for increasing patient service volumes and complex incentive compensation requirements. The position requires deep technical expertise in data engineering, automation, and operational analytics to support field targeting, performance reporting, and incentive compensation administration. The ideal candidate combines strong programming and analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for field leadership and internal stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Director of Field Effectiveness.
This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Centric Commercialization (DCC) Analytics and Operations to lead the evolution of our Next Best Action capabilities and manage exponentially increased complexity from our multi-brand, multi-team commercial portfolio. This highly technical role requires expertise in machine learning, optimization algorithms, and commercial analytics to transition DCC Intelligence from static, single-model suggestions to a continuous test-and-learn framework. The position is critical for implementing multi-team optimization that allocates promotional activities across overlapping sales forces to maximize profitability while avoiding customer fatigue.

About This Role:
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to build and lead the operational infrastructure for our new Long-Term Care (LTC) sales force targeting demand originating from facility-based settings. This role requires establishing entirely new analytical capabilities around facility-level data, transitioning from traditional physician-focused operations to facility-based commercial models. The position demands technical expertise in data integration, advanced analytics, incentive compensation and operational system design to support PointClickCare data onboarding. In addition this role will support an expanded Digital sales team on reporting, targeting to support geos that have solo coverage and incentive compensation. This role reports directly to the Director, Field Effectiveness.
