We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and execution-oriented VP of Customer Success to lead and scale our Customer Success organization for Axon 911. This leader will be responsible for driving retention, expansion, and customer advocacy across a complex, highly relational public safety customer base.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role will lead a team of senior leaders (Sr. Managers/Directors) who oversee Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will play a critical role in shaping post-sale strategy, building durable executive relationships with agency leaders, and ensuring customers realize meaningful outcomes from Axon 911.
This is a highly visible role that blends operational rigor, revenue accountability, and mission-driven customer partnership. This is a hybrid role in our Manhattan office.
This is not a traditional SaaS Customer Success role. Our customers rely on Axon 911 in life-critical situations. The VP of Customer Success will directly impact how emergency response systems operate—helping agencies save time, improve outcomes, and ultimately protect lives.

As a Staff Product Designer at Prepared, you will own and shape the user experience across critical, high-impact products that power emergency response. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll operate as a thought partner to Product and Engineering—deeply understanding customer workflows, driving product direction, and delivering exceptional design in complex, fast-moving environments. Your work will directly influence how 911 professionals operate in high-stakes situations, advancing our mission to ensure every emergency receives the best possible response.
You’ll operate at the center of multiple critical product surfaces, bringing focus and prioritization in an environment where design resources are limited but impact is high. Success in this role comes from showing up—building deep, trust-based relationships with customers and teammates through consistent, high-touch collaboration.

As Senior Director of Commercial Operations, Quoting, you will lead and optimize Axon’s domestic quoting function, owning the quote creation lifecycle. You’ll be a critical partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT — delivering pricing accuracy, process rigor, and an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
Your team is organized to support Axon’s specific sales end markets, ensuring deep knowledge of the unique requirements each customer segment demands. You will lead policy development, process design, and change management as Axon modernizes its systems and technology across the commercial operations stack.
Location: Onsite 4 days a week (Tues-Fri) at an Axon Hub - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale

Location: Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
