Concept Development & Problem Solving
- Lead conceptual ideation for motion‑driven campaigns, product storytelling, and brand narratives that simplify complex ideas into engaging visual solutions

- Develop storyboards, animation systems, and visual approaches aligned to campaign goals and user understanding

Motion Graphics & Animation
- Design and produce high‑quality 2D, 2.5D, and light 3D animations using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D
- Build advanced motion systems including kinetic typography, modular animation frameworks, and scalable templates
- Apply modern animation techniques such as parallax, depth layering, camera movement, and micro‑interactions
- Demonstrate strong timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy across all motion outputs
Product UI & Visual Storytelling
- Create product UI animations and software mockups that showcase platform functionality and user value
- Animate dashboards, data flows, and system interactions with a polished, intuitive, and modern feel
- Develop 2.5D UI environments and interface‑driven storytelling grounded in real product experiences
- Partner with product marketing and UX teams to ensure alignment with product positioning and usability principles
HTML5 & Interactive Animation
- Develop interactive motion experiences using Google Web Designer, GSAP, Lottie, CSS, and SVG animation
- Build responsive, performance‑optimized animations for web, display ads, and digital platforms
- Explore modern technologies such as WebGL, Rive, and real‑time animation frameworks to enhance interactivity
- Ensure accessibility, cross‑browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness across deliverables
Video Editing & Post‑Production
- Edit and enhance video content for campaigns, product marketing, and brand storytelling using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Integrate motion graphics, UI animation, overlays, and light VFX to elevate narrative clarity and visual impact
- Align motion with audio, voiceover, and pacing to deliver cohesive video experiences
Innovation, Systems & Collaboration
- Stay current on motion design trends, emerging technologies, and modern visual styles
- Develop scalable motion systems, templates, and reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency
- Explore new tools, workflows, and AI‑assisted techniques to enhance speed, quality, and creativity
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand, product marketing, digital, and development partners while managing multiple projects and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong expression skills preferred
- Proven experience creating product UI animation, software mockups, and system‑based storytelling
- Advanced motion design skills across typography, composition, pacing, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency with Google Web Designer and HTML5 animation frameworks
- Strong video editing capabilities using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of SVG, CSS animations, GSAP, and responsive motion techniques

Overview
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels such as events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. This person will partner with stakeholders in Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to design and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies while monitoring results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Job Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, direct mail, and digital. Partnership and Trade Association Management: Manage partnerships and joint partner marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with partner objectives to maximize impact. Identify and collaborate with relevant trade associations within your vertical, securing quarterly sponsorships to expand your marketing reach.

Project and Budget Management: Leverage platforms such as Monday.com for project management, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maintaining financial accountability.

Marketing Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise with platforms such as On24 for webinar execution and Marketo for email marketing, landing page buildout, and smartlist segmentation.

Performance Forecasting and KPI Management: Analyze and forecast the expected performance of planned marketing programs quarterly, with monthly adjustments to align campaign goals with sales targets and overall business objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness.

Revenue Marketing and Pipeline Development: Collaborate closely with Industry Sales Leaders as a trusted Demand Generation partner to develop a healthy pipeline, integrating marketing efforts into the sales pipeline seamlessly. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating sales-qualified leads.

Content and Persona Alignment: Work with Product & Content Marketing to ensure campaign content aligns with brand positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, effectively targeting key segments.

Campaign Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Oversee campaign performance throughout the lifecycle, conducting A/B testing and regularly analyzing campaign metrics and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accelerate the sales cycle, and continually improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Proven success in managing multi-faceted marketing programs from planning to completion in a fast pace environment.

Effective at project management, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects at once and deliver within deadlines. Experience using project management tools, such as Workfront.

Experience using key marketing reporting tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Strategic understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot/Marketo, lead scoring strategies, and the marketing funnel stages (MQL, SQL, etc.).

Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize campaigns, and ability to deliver feedback on best strategies to drive demand.

Senior Solution Architects at AvidXchange are senior technical leaders who drive architectural direction and enable technical transformation across product and engineering teams. This role focuses on designing, influencing, and delivering complex, distributed solutions that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements. Solution Architects act as technical stewards for their domain, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and long-term business strategy while empowering engineering teams to build high-quality, scalable software.
What You'll Do:
· Create architectural designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements while aligning with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
· Demonstrate practitioner-level skill in designing and implementing complex systems with multiple integrations across domains.
· Own solution architecture for individual large cross functional projects or initiatives from inception through delivery.
· Design solutions using appropriate integration approaches and communication patterns, clearly explaining the rationale behind chosen methods.
· Architect complex distributed systems while clearly articulating and evaluating trade-offs related to scalability, reliability, consistency, cost, and operational complexity.
· Create and maintain solution architecture artifacts appropriate to the scope and complexity of initiatives.
· Lead complex technical discussions and mentor engineers and junior architects in solution design and implementation.
· Design and execute end-to-end technical solutions composed of multiple collaborating systems that support growth, scalability, and business outcomes.
· Uphold and promote architecture standards, principles, and guidelines across teams within assigned domains.
· Proactively research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies - Including AI-enabled capabilities—to enhance solution quality and effectiveness, and actively promote adoption with teammates.

What We're Looking For:
. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
· 10-15 years of professional engineering and/or architecture experience, with significant responsibility for solution architecture.
· Demonstrated ability to write software and build proof-of-concepts to validate designs and technologies.
· Strong understanding of modern modeling approaches (e.g., domain-driven design, C4).
· Excellent facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
· Demonstrated strategic thinking beyond the scope of your technical solution. Your work and designs are always part of a greater whole. Understanding how you impact other systems and people and articulating how it aligns with broader goals are important.
· Expertise with Azure, .NET/C#, and distributed system fundamentals.

What you’ll do
- Leverage various relationship-building techniques to educate and enroll suppliers in automated payment solutions
- Successfully build rapport and sell E-Payment Solutions over the phone via out-bound calls
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome hesitations
- Be passionate about serving as an AvidXchange Brand Ambassador bringing professionalism and finesse to every interaction with suppliers

The Revenue Operations Analyst II is the analytics engine behind AvidXchange's go-to-market organization. This role owns the design, development, and maintenance of Sales and Marketing dashboards and reporting by translating complex data into compelling visual narratives that help leaders make faster, better decisions. What you'll do:
Dashboard & Reporting Ownership
• Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of all Sales and Marketing dashboards across BI platforms serving as the single point of accountability for GTM analytics delivery
• Build and optimize complex data models, calculated fields, and cross-source joins powering GTM reporting — ensuring scalability as data volumes and business complexity grow
• Support executive-ready reporting for Board meetings, operating reviews by distilling complexity into clear strategic narratives
Insights & Business Partnership

• Track and report on the full revenue funnel — from lead creation and MQL/SQL conversion through opportunity stages to closed won — identifying where volume, velocity, or conversion breaks down
• Support the recurring forecast cadence by maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, sales activity metrics, and providing data that helps sales leadership pressure-test and validate the number
• Deliver ad hoc analysis in response to strategic business questions — campaign performance, product launches, segment deep dives, or anything else the GTM team needs to move faster with better data
• Proactively monitor data freshness and pipeline integrity, surfacing issues and forward-looking recommendations before stakeholders ask
QA, Documentation & Data Governance
• Build and maintain a rigorous QA process including automated validation checks, data reconciliation protocols, and regression testing before anything reaches a stakeholder
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting assets — data dictionaries, calculation logic, source-to-dashboard lineage, and refresh schedules
• Partner with Revenue Systems and Data Engineering to define data architecture requirements and advocate for upstream data quality from Salesforce, marketing automation, and other GTM sources
AI & Innovation
• Champion adoption of AI-powered analytics tools — AI-assisted data exploration, automated insight generation, natural language querying — to accelerate how the GTM org discovers and acts on insights
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging BI and AI capabilities to enhance visualization quality, automate repetitive tasks, and surface patterns traditional analysis might miss
Who you are:
• 4–7 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
• Fluency in Sales and Marketing KPIs — pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion, attribution, and funnel mechanics
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) with demonstrated ability to build complex, production-grade dashboards from scratch

What we are looking for:

Job Overview:
The Business Development Representative at AvidXchange plays an integral role in building and executing on account-based, go-to-market strategies within the ever-evolving Automated AP solutions industry. The BDR serves as the first human point of contact for target accounts and is responsible for managing many key activities – e.g. researching accounts, identifying and assigning individuals in an account to specific opportunities, as well as, assessing and mapping that buying group’s needs related to the Account Payable mission in the mid-market space. BDR’s are aligned to a specific industry vertical and then partner with associated Marketing Campaign Managers and other internal stakeholders to generate demand, primarily via outbound teleprospecting. They also qualify, map and nurture inbound requests from accounts assigned to them.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for executing high volume prospecting efforts daily, including phone, email, and social media outreach, to generate qualified leads
- Responsible for gaining a product and industry expertise to effectively convey the value of AvidXchange’s Automated A/P solutions
- Responsible for conducting online research on respective account’s organizational structure, leadership changes, and key needs and then leverage those insights to develop messaging and content for outbound communications
- Identify new key contacts (including contact information) from target buying centers not in the salesforce automation (SFA) system, marketing automation platform (MAP) or customer data platform
- Responsible for qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Responsible for quickly establishing rapport with prospects (up to C-Suite level) and understanding their needs in order to overcome objections and suggest appropriate products/services
- Teamwork is must! Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Account Managers, Account Executives, etc.) to build and execute on aggressive prospecting strategies
- Schedule online product demonstrations for an assigned Account Executive or Account Manager
