Senior User Acquisition Manager - Google Ads

The role:

• Own paid acquisition on search engines (Google, Bing) across two SaaS brands - AutoDS and Build Your Store - across trial and paid funnels, multiple geographies, 7-figure annual spend. Hands-on seat: you plan, build, optimize, measure, and report. Not an agency-management role.
• You'll inherit a deep stack of AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini) sitting on top of every ad-platform and analytics API. Fluent daily use of Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent is a hard requirement - not a bonus.

You'll own:

• Google Ads end-to-end: structure, bids, RSAs, keywords, geo strategy, conversion mapping, ROAS
• Measurement integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, Impact, Tableau
• Bing/Microsoft Ads as an adjacent channel
• Daily dashboards, monthly exec reports

You are probably this person if:

• 5+ years of experience running paid search at scale, including a 7-figure Google budget
• Comfortable in Sheets with AppScript behind it, (BigQuery a plus)
• You've shipped changes via the Google Ads API, not just the UI
• You think in trial-to-paid economics, not clicks
• You've used AI agents to do real work - generating copy at scale, debugging a tracking issue, mining search terms - and can walk us through it
• working with a SaaS product

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Presenter (YouTube & Video) to become one of the faces of our multiple brands!

This role is for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands eCommerce and dropshipping, and can clearly explain concepts to build trust and authority.

You’ll be recording educational, tutorial, and promotional content for multiple platforms and funnels — from YouTube videos and courses to webinars and landing pages.

What You’ll Do

• Record on-camera video content for our multibrands.

• Work with scripts, outlines, and talking points — and improvise when needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience recording videos in front of a camera

• Background or hands-on experience in eCommerce is a plus

• Dropshipping experience is a plus

• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills

• Comfortable explaining technical tools and business concepts simply

• Proven video performance (views, watch time, conversions, engagement, etc.)

• Experience working with SaaS products or online education brands

Paid Social User Acquisition Manager 

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Social User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team. Reporting directly to a Growth Team Lead, you'll own paid social and display acquisition across Meta, TikTok  and additional channels - with a clear mandate to expand these channels across multiple AutoDS group brands and scale them profitably.

This is a builder's role. You'll be the person who takes a channel from zero to ROAS-positive - then scales it aggressively across brands. You'll be in the accounts every day, but you'll also be thinking about how to systematize what works and replicate it across the portfolio. If you've scaled paid acquisition across multiple brands or product lines while keeping ROAS healthy and growing, this is exactly what you'll be doing here.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid social/display channels - with a mandate to expand to new platforms and prove them at scale
• Lead the expansion of acquisition channels across multiple AutoDS group brands, adapting strategy, creatives, and audience targeting to each brand's unique positioning and audience
• Launch new channels from scratch - establishing performance baselines, achieving ROAS-positive results, and building the playbook to scale spend profitably
• Scale budget on channels and campaigns that demonstrate positive ROAS, while maintaining CAC efficiency across the full multi-brand portfolio
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize B2C SaaS campaigns focused on user acquisition, trial starts, and subscription conversions
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives — static, video, and UGC - tailored to each platform and brand - Work closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad concepts. Lead creative testing strategy across formats including UGC, short-form video, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
• Manage and allocate budgets across brands and channels to maximize ROAS and hit growth targets
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel stages
• Analyze performance data, surface insights, and document learnings to accelerate expansion across brands
• Partner with product, and analytics teams to improve full-funnel conversion performance
• Monitor the competitive landscape and stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging UA opportunities
• Operate with a strong experimentation mindset - launching rapid tests across creatives, audiences, channels, and landing pages to identify scalable growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid user acquisition campaigns for B2C SaaS products
• Demonstrated experience expanding paid acquisition channels to new platforms and scaling them to positive ROAS - not just maintaining existing campaigns
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or product lines simultaneously, with the ability to adapt strategy and creative to each
• Proven track record of scaling spend on Meta while maintaining or improving ROAS - from early testing through high-spend scale
• Solid hands-on experience on TikTok Ads, including short-form video strategy and creative requirements
• Strong analytical mindset - fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and able to translate data into decisions that drive profitable growth
• Strong communicator who can clearly present performance insights and channel expansion plans to cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing significant monthly budgets ($100K+ preferred).

• Hands-on experience launching and scaling additional channels such as YouTube, Taboola or other channels.

AutoDS is looking for a Director of Partnerships & Affiliations to lead, scale, and own one of the company’s most important growth and revenue channels, with a strong focus on Influencer-led growth.

This role sits above the Partnerships team and is responsible for strategy, execution, growth, and results across influencers, affiliates, and strategic partnerships.
You will manage the Partnerships team, define the strategy, and work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, and Leadership to turn Influencers, Affiliations, and Partnerships into a core, scalable growth engine for the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy for Partnerships & Affiliations as a growth and revenue channel, with Influencers as a core driver
• Develop partner retention strategies and open new strategic partnerships to increase revenue and expand business collaborations
• Lead, manage, and scale the team, including senior managers
• Build and launch a scalable influencer and affiliation program (structure, incentives, tracking, operations, and performance models)
• Define KPIs, success metrics, reporting, and ROI for influencer, affiliate, and partnership 
• Identify, open, and develop new partnership channels, with a strong emphasis on top-tier influencers, creators, agencies, and communities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Affiliations, or Growth roles
• Proven experience building and scaling influencer-led programs and affiliate models from scratch
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator economics, and performance-driven partnerships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
