About the Role:
Are you looking to launch your tech sales career with a company that’s changing the digital safety landscape? Do you enjoy helping people and delivering value? This could be the opportunity for you. Aura is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeking high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists to help our existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote, work-from-home position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection. What You Bring to the Table:
Aura offers a generous package to support our employees’ personal and professional lives. Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this role includes an hourly rate of $18/hour, plus commission. Total compensation (hourly rate + commission) is estimated to be $55,000-$80,000, but may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role. Note: The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Mountain Time.

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Sr. Visual Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This is a fixed-term (3-4 months at 40 hours per week) contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs and budget.
This role will help shape and maintain our brand's visual identity across a comprehensive range of digital, print, and video platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter, comfortable managing projects from initial concept through final delivery, and capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of creative assets, including but not limited to:
Digital Design
Web Design: Create and iterate on visual assets for high-converting websites and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and user experience.
Infographics: Design data-driven and engaging infographics for content marketing and web use.
Email: Develop visually optimized templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns.
Paid Advertising: Produce high-impact display ads, social media graphics, and other visual assets for paid media channels.
Sales Enablement
Reports/White Papers: Design and format long-form sales collateral, including professional reports and white papers.
Sales Materials: Develop crisp, on-brand presentation decks and one-pagers for sales teams.
Conference Design: Design event-specific visuals, including booth graphics, signage, and collateral for trade shows and conferences.
Video Production
Pre-Production: Assist with creative direction, including scripting and detailed storyboarding for promotional and educational videos, paid ads, and more.
Editing and Animation: Execute video editing and create custom motion graphics and animations where required.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or agency setting.
Proven ability to translate user needs and business objectives into clear, intuitive design solutions that consistently align with brand guidelines.
Expert proficiency in design and editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Demonstrated understanding of design principles for web and print, including responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
Exceptional organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
A strong communicator; comfortable setting expectations with senior-level management and building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
Bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to every project and contribute to a supportive, high-energy collaborative team culture.
A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and time-based (video/animation) media.
The anticipated hourly contract pay for this position is $50-70/hour; however, this may vary depending upon skills, experience, and location.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, execution, and scaling of our compensation and benefits programs. This role will be focused on compensation analytics and program management, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our U.S. benefits programs.
As we prepare for growth, this role will play a key part in evolving our total rewards strategy to support a larger, more complex organization. About the Role:
Aura's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Growth team is at the forefront of our mission, responsible for attracting, acquiring, and retaining new customers. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to be a technical visionary and innovator for this team, driving the evolution of our customer acquisition channels and platforms, and to provide technical leadership across Aura Engineering.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping Aura's future by leading the most challenging and ambitious initiatives within the Growth organization. For example, you will develop an AI-powered optimization platform to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost, collaborating with Data Science and Marketing to accelerate our growth. You will also be instrumental in building a personalization platform to power individualized customer journeys, helping to protect our customers and build lifetime value. This high-impact position requires you to be not only a technical leader but also a mentor to other engineers, elevating the standard of technical and operational excellence across the entire engineering organization.
What you bring to the table:
12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience as the lead engineer on a team or on large projects.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and with quality.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, and algorithms.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technology and the ability to choose the right tool for the job is essential, such as serverless functions vs. containerized services; relational vs. NoSQL databases; appropriate use of caches and queues; etc.
Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
It would be great if you also had:
Proficiency with Node.js, Python, LangChain, and LLM integration is highly desirable.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
