Responsibilities:

Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
Data Maestro: Dive into project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. You'll be the go-to expert for all things data-related.
Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the next generation's talents.
Technical Guru: Utilize your engineering prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations. From hydrology/hydraulic studies to project schedules and storm sewer reports, your technical skills will shine.
Construction Support: Provide essential construction-related services and direct junior team members. From permit applications to quantity estimates, you'll play a pivotal role in turning plans into reality.
Engineering Software Whiz: You'll be a pro with AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages. Your expertise will ensure that assignments are completed on time and within budget.

Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities:

Expert Leadership: Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports.
Technical Excellence: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently, adhering to Atwell's high standards.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff with technical queries related to Land Development projects, fostering their professional growth.
Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet rigorous quality and engineering standards.
Compliance & Review: Review and seal project documents to ensure full compliance with engineering standards. Analyze project survey data and site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and easement documents.
Adaptability: Make necessary edits and modifications to plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
Effective Communication: Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals.
Financial Contribution: Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development including design, project management, business development and invoicing.
