Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist owns the structure, integrity, and day-to-day operation of our sales technology ecosystem—anchored in HubSpot CRM. Working in close partnership with our Business Development team, this role ensures our sales processes are streamlined, data-driven, and scalable as Attivo continues to grow. The Sales Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the BD function, translating business needs into clean systems, reliable data, and dashboards leadership can trust.

Role Overview
The Resource Manager owns staffing, utilization, and capacity planning - the operational backbone of our client delivery engine. The role matches more than 150 consultants to the right engagements (400+), drives accountability against utilization targets, and serves as a trusted point of contact for the team on workload, availability, and project fit. This is a new role, created in response to significant growth across the firm over the past several years. It is an individual contributor seat with meaningful decision authority over staffing and utilization, reporting directly to leadership.

Role Overview
The AI & Workflow Innovation Lead manages and executes Attivo Partners’ internal AI strategy and implementation initiatives to accelerate AI-enabled service delivery across the firm. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end AI implementation experience—ensuring successful technical deployment, measurable operational impact, and the development of a repeatable, scalable AI enablement playbook for Attivo.
As the primary AI implementation lead, they will serve as the bridge between firm leadership, internal teams, technology platforms, and pilot clients—driving structured experimentation, ensuring data integrity and governance, and documenting best practices to support long-term service innovation and expansion.
