About This Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to join our Product Design team in Berlin. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in evolving our multi-brand, multi-platform design systems ecosystem, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Translate the design system strategy into detailed design specifications and executable work, focusing on multi-brand, multi-platform evolution.
- Implement and maintain a scalable token structure, ensuring a single source of truth for our design and engineering teams.
- Ensure accessibility principles are implemented and validated within the core components of the design system.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of the design system.
- Lead the creation of educational resources, providing formal mentorship and facilitating workshops to raise the proficiency of cross-functional teams in design systems.
- Execute the integration of new design system capabilities, including exploration and implementation of AI technologies to streamline workflows.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with 4+ years dedicated to building and successfully scaling multi-brand, multi-platform design systems. Who is passionate and dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences that drive innovation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a proven mastery in successfully integrating and scaling tools like Token Studio, Storybook, and StyleDictionary in complex multi-brand environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration,
- Excellent communication skills, user education, feedback collection, speed, and agility.
- Fluent in English, any other language a plus

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Support product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research insights, discovering opportunities to improve our product experience
- Work within a cross-functional team, iterating on existing features and developing new ones for our platforms
- Partner with senior designers and researchers to validate concepts and improvements to the user experience with real users
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc. to communicate and document designs
- Contribute to native app experiences that go beyond simple web mirroring, following platform best practices to ensure a seamless user experience
- Test different design approaches with real users, interviewing them and generating user learnings
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with UI & UX experience who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.
- Understanding and experience with digital product design examples that shows your problem-solving skills, your understanding of information architecture, user research and Interaction design, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- You have user research experience to discover, validate and deliver your design concepts and solutions
- Experience working with design systems, thinking in terms of responsive, scalable systems; not one-off solutions
- You are skilled at using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with front-end engineering, understanding how your prototypes will be built and factoring that into your solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, looking forward to partnering with our cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- You are interested and already use AI in your workflow
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus

Responsibilities:
As a QA Software Tester, you will:
- Analyze requirements to identify quality risks early and ensure testability across Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Design, write and maintain test cases to validate new features and ensure a seamless experience on both mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for the Android app, improving test coverage and overall release confidence.
- Lead migration and regression testing as part of the release cycle, signing off on beta and production go-live decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, report, and track bugs efficiently through to resolution.
Your Profile:
We're looking for a quality-driven QA Software Tester who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and raising the quality bar across our platforms.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Hands-on experience testing Android and/or iOS applications
- Proven ability to write, organize, and maintain structured test cases
- Familiarity with Jira and Atlassian tools for bug tracking and project management
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities across several functional teams
- Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator, confident collaborating with QA team, developers and product managers
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Polish is a plus
