• 20+ strong SEO team based in London and Cornwall, UK
• We are a close-knit team who work hard but also have a lot of fun
• Although we have a hierarchy we like to operate in an open and inclusive way

• The team is made up of SEO generalists, technical SEO experts, SEO content writers and Digital PR specialists
• We have great collaboration between our main London office and satellite Cornwall office. Last year we went on a trip to Cornwall together - we surfed, walked and had fun.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and categorisations
• Create high-quality content and on-page optimisations in line with strategy to increase the quantity of traffic for clients
• Research audiences, SERPs, competitors and keywords to support the creation of a content strategy that will drive quality traffic for clients.
• Deliver SEO campaign work as assigned to you by the account managers and support the team with the day-to-day running of client accounts
• Understand the client’s products and services, and contribute to client search marketing campaigns and objectives
• Carry out accurate reporting, analysis, research and insights for existing projects and for new business
• Use a variety of analytical tools to assess competitor activity and profiles, establish client share of voice and spot opportunities for growth
• Proactively seek training and continuing professional development to stay up to date with developments, algorithm updates and process changes

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of data engineering and a proven track record of leading data projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines using SQL and Python, and leveraging any of the following: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow and Pyspark.
• Lead the integration of complex data systems and ensure consistency and accuracy of data across multiple platforms.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for data pipelines to improve efficiency and quality of data processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in data engineering with a strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data technologies.
• Expertise in building scalable data workflows using cloud-native orchestration tools and distributed data processing frameworks.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our London office as well as our people operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-growing, international environment. Key Responsibilities

Office & Workplace Support

• Support the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
